Don't ever book 322 C block 3rd floor in GCN as a tenant. The owner, Megharaj Singh is untrustworthy and has cheated me of 40K by not returning almost half of my advance/deposit causing me financial woes. I stayed for 3 years and after taking care of the place like my own, and making all payments on time, I got cheated. You can go for other flats but don't even look at 322. You will be cheated in the end.

B khata property, having 2 and 3 bhk flats... Amenities include a swimming pool, a gym with basic equipments, children play area and multipurpose hall, table tennis, snooker etc... Surrounded by villas... 800mt from main road ... 1km from BMTC bus stand ... 1 km from forum value mall ... 600mt from a beautiful Lake where u can go for morning walk.... Over all a nice place to stay with family...

Wonderful appartment. malls, hospitals, school, petrol bunk, local market, grossery mall and major techparks nearby within 2 kms radius. It's not om the main road and that's why place is calm. Surrounded by villas so wind and grennery view is eye catching. Well mantained lake is just 200 metres away to goo for a walk or jog.

Perfect location for Varthur, ITPL, Marathahalli, Kadugodi... Very well built, spacious and nice people around.... Walkable distance to Forum Mall, Columbia Asia Hospital, Dmart Supermarket, Dean's Academy School etc..

Apartment looks good. Not sure of amenities or other facilities. For some houses it's dark inside. So, if you are planning to take then see and take.

Good society. But the way to this apartment is not properly constructed. Many restaurants and shopping complex are nearby.
