Chai point is also a popular startup for tea and it's snack options brand thought out India. The place in Arrival section of Kempegowda International Airport is also neat, clean and a quick service cafe. The place provides various tea options of Indian origin like - Ginger, elaichi, cutting, jaggery, masala, darjeeling, lemon etc. All the tea options are I must say are mediocre flavour and does not intrigue you to pay more to drink more. They miss the genuine Indian tea experience. But, this outlet gets saved by genuine tea snacks like vada pav, samosa, samosa ragda chaat, rava upma, idlis, peppy Parathas, rolls, etc etc. These are worth the money at least and the prices are fixed thoughout India. Recommended are the Banana cake, walnut cake, Chai Masala cake along with cheese pav. The cooler drinks are also great. Overall, the franchise should focus more on true Indian tea flavours rather than readymade tea powders and heavily priced tea cups and mugs.

Had been to chai point today morning while it was so chilly outside and with a low charge in my phone. I ordered a ginger tea and was searching for a charging point. Mr. Aazib was very friendly and polite and helped me charge my phone. He also helped me with the address and the bus I have to take. Overall a great experience and I recommend this place as they know how to take care of their customers👍

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE in chai point. THE GUY IN THE COUNTER NAMED AAZIB WAS VERY HELPFUL. He gave me his personal hotspot to use and it saved me from big trouble thanks to him. And the snacks I ordered was very delicious especially the ginger lemon tea with honey. Please visit this place anytime you reach the airport.❤️❤️

I would like to really appreciate one of the staff namely Mr Tameem who showed true customer services with a smiling face. By mistake I made phone pay transaction of 1550 extra over and above the bill. I showed him the transaction and he immediately checked his records and refunded me with the amount. Great and honest guy. Should be acknowledged by his management. Thanks

Tonight I visited chai point located at Kempegowda international Airport. We order one masala ginger and one lemon tea. As I was having little cold the masala ginger tea was fantastic. It gave me a relief. Both the tea was superb, for the lemon tea my wife and daughter gave the response. If you want to taste different types of tea preparation than must you visit Chai point.

Best scammers, we ordered choco bae and bubble chocolate charged ₹555, he gave the same and when we asked he said it's different, we saw the whole making process in front of us. Better avoid the scam place . He did the same for my frds as well when they ordered 2 different chai he gave them the same flavoured chai

Charging so much for a tea about 250 for a ginger tea the tea is supposed to be hot and not warm to wash hands Pathetic service no quality just sell for a bomb doesn’t matter how it’s made or served

Had a domestic Connection through Bengaluru, Stopped over for a Masala Chai and a Vapa Pav, Unfortunately the Masala Chai wasn't quite right that day it was a bit too much Masala, the Vada Pav was pretty nice and the green chutney also goes a long way with this. I will however recommend the Masala tea here (Chai point).

Good Tea outlet just outside Bangalore Airport Terminal 1 arrival gates. They have good Tea and snacks options. During my visit I opted for Honey Lemon Tea and bun omelette and both were good. Service was also quick. Prices are bit of in higher side compared to quality they offer.

They show so much attitude while taking orders and also most of the food items are not available. For example, they put big banner saying variety of Maggie are available but when you ask, they say not available always. I visited 5+ times this month and same worst experience all the time.

Pathetic service... Queue is only for billing. Once billed you need to jostle your way through unmanaged crowd to submit token at the delivery counter. Only then your order starts getting processed. Road side Darshini's anywhere in the city are managed much better. Very sour experience... absolutely no value for the premium cost you pay... (Edit post response from owner) I have already shared details above of what happened that day. No matter how many forms you make me fill, it will be a copy paste of the same feedback. I do not understand what you mean by close the feedback loop. I dont see you posting similar messages that you want the close loop for 5 star ratings. One way I can think of how you can really close the loop is if you can post here what steps you have taken. For example, post feedback, did you monitor yourself and observe what's happening at the delivery counter? What is the difference in customer experience between billing counter and delivery counter? What was your observation? Based on your observation do you agree the feedback above is valid? If so, what steps are you taking? Again FYI... I dont really need answers for these questions. I am least bothered. It is only for you to find answers for yourself, that too if you are really interested in closing the loop.

Would like to complain about staff named UDAY who is very irresponsible with his duties. I ordered ginger tea and he was on his mobile and given mild cold normal tea. After sipping when I complain the started arguing with ridiculous reasons. Pls take a action against this person or else will spoil your outlet more in future. This outlet is located opposite to Gate 21.

I actually took tea from a small outlet Chai point opposite Exit Gate 13 of International Arrivals ☝️ It was near the Pizza Hut eatery. There was this girl Shreenitha who took my order for Ayurvedic tea but couldn’t explain what it contained .She said Ginger,Elaichi & Cardamom 🤔She called someone on her mobile and placed the order and didn’t make the tea in her stall. She said it would take 5 mts for the Tea to be made . Later it arrived possibly from upstairs elsewhere in 10 minutes🤔 She kept on coughing and clearing her throat 😞As a doctor i immediately knew she was suffering from Maxillary Sinusites,Rhinitis & Laryngo pharyngitis ☝️ I advised her to take off work & go get treatment for her sickness 😊 Tea was good to take tasting more of cinnamon 😊 It was soothing for my throat and warmed me up as it was a cold windy am. I paid Rs 158 including GST Rs8 ,thanked Shreenitha & went on to welcome my daughter arriving from Seattle. I recommend Chai point since they have an array of good herbal ,Organic & Ayurveda tea preparations 😞

For outlet near gate 21 - despite making multiple requests to hurry up and give my order (during last of the boarding), the staff kept standing and chatting and laughing (and making jokes at my expense for hurrying up). Never met a more rude bunch of people at any outlet. I’d already made the payment. Unfortunately, had to run for boarding WITHOUT my order. I hope the manager reads this and advice the staff accordingly. P.S. I generally don’t write negative reviews because I know how tough it is to achieve customer satisfaction, but their behaviour saddened me.

After 8 days I was having tea after landing in India (Devanahalli air port). I ordered classic ginger tea. The cost is over rated - Rs120 and taste wasn't great. Too much ginger, my tongue was burning. I like the kammanahalli chai point.

If you ever dropped to Airport. Make sure you visit Chaipoint. As always the cheese maggi was yum❤

The cashier does not give a proper bill unless he is asked for. Cashier asks for extra cheese in the roll and there is no cheese at all. Luckily was having the meal at the airport, had complained and got a new Aloo tikki roll. Such a behaviour must be avoided especially when I checked multiple times of cheese was added. Be careful when you order food here Taste wise it is fine. Nothing out of the world
