Ambrish
is
my
personal
trainer
who
is
very
cool
and
he
knows
how
to
explain
an
excercise
and
how
to
push
limits.
He
has
given
me
a
personalized
diet
and
workout
plan
which
turned
out
to
be
a
great
success.
Now
I'm
able
to
fit
into
most
of
my
old
cloths.
He
also
also
helped
my
wife
to
get
into
Shape.
Trainers
are
very
polite
and
patient.
They
can
speak
multiple
languages
and
they
will
explain
everything
in
very
simple
words.
Even
in
general
training
they
are
very
helpful.
I
had
great
experience
with
personal
training.
I
took
personal
training
for
16
days
and
I
could
see
awesome
change
in
my
shape.

Atmosphere
and
equipment:
The
atmosphere
is
really
encouraging
to
both
men
and
women.
Trainers
literally
helped
my
wife
alot
to
correct
postures
and
understand
how
an
excercise
effects
a
muscle.
One
can
peacefully
do
workout
in
the
gym.
They
have
a
very
good
range
of
equipment
for
every
workout.
They
have
equipment
for
beginners
as
well
as
professionals.

Pricing:
Pricing
is
reasonably
good.
They
always
have
offers
and
combo
packs
which
would
be
very
reasonable.
Best
part
is
trainers,
even
in
general
training
they
helps
alot
in
terms
of
correcting
postures
and
giving
basic
diet
suggestions.
In
Personal
training
I
got
a
complete
diet
chart
and
a
dedicated
trainer
which
was
very
useful
for
me
to
learn
different
workouts.

variety
of
workouts
here.
After
learning
it's
all
about
sticking
to
the
routine.
