We visited the hospital and he saw couple of x-rays and put 1 injection and gave medication for 5 days. Before even taking medication we got relieved from the pain through the injection. We had tablets for just 2 days. It has been a week since we stopped medication. There is absolutely no pain came back DR NAVIN KUMAR is very Friendly concerned humble and very empathetic to the sufferings of us. He is one of the best doctors we ever consulted in India Singapore Malaysia and United States Thank you doctor for suggesting only thr essential things like Xray and injection. You didn't even asked us to scan the body part. You recognized the exact cause and fixed it permanently very soon We ll be thankful for your service. God bless you and your family!!

My mother got a bad case of dengue and was admitted at C dot. We had a very good experience here, the nurses were very kind, caring and gentle (except the staff who the took blood sample on the second day. She was not wearing the green nurse unifrom and she was very rough . My mother still has discoloration at the prick spot after 3 days). The nurses responded promptly every time we called them and were even able to tell all my mothers parameters from memory. My mother has many comobidities and we were relieved when the treatment prescribed by the physicians was the same as that recommended by our family doctor in our hometown. Our sincere gratitude to both the doctors and all the nurses!! The day shift security was also very helpful and proactive :)

Treatment for my kid's forearm (radius and ulna) fracture was done here. Dr initially did closed reduction under anesthesia (OT) and a week later mentioned that it's not holding up and suggested for k-wire fixation (OT). Not sure if anybody will open the cast in a week for checking. Then another OT procedure to remove the k-wire which lasted less than 5 minutes. Patient care was good. We had a good health insurance. May be this could be the reason for additional visits to OT. So, if you are confused take a second opinion.

Recently I did a minor OP cyst removal surgery. Dr Naveen / Dr Harini were very friendly and not money minded. Not charging unnecessarily and clearly communicating what’s to be done. Visited thrice and didn’t find any issue. Thank you Dr and keep up your good work !

Worst service ever i had in Chennai. I must recommend the management to appoint people who can be trustworthy and can communicate properly while committing anything related to appointments. today there was a appointment for my wife at 10:30 am. i was waiting till 11:30 am to get my consultation. i found my name was in first serial in the appointment list but still i was in the queue and asked for waiting. staff told me there is one more patient after that you can go. my question was, when i took a appointment a week earlier and my name was 1st in the list. i was on time when the appointment was provided. then what is the reason for waiting so long? they was unable to answer me. Sorry to say but i was totally disappointed with your services. i wont visit this hospital again rather than there are many which are providing good services.

This is the best hospital in Perumbakkam area and if you need genuine advice on general health or require medical attention/ hospitalization you are assured you get best treatment here. The best thing about this hospital is you are never given unnecessary medicines or asked to do unnecessary tests to make money like some corporate hospitals. You can also get a quick follow up consultation or advice in phone talking to the doctor. Thx Dr. Kumaraguru and team for managing the hospital so well.

Very very worst treatment. The reviews they didn't check properly. Money minded. I gave 1 star because there is no option because there is no option to give negative or zero star. My father had a hip bone fracture, they told need to do nailing process and they proceed. After that we went to first review and taken xray. Actually the screw got loosened at that time, but they told. Everything is ok from their side. We need to give physiotherapy and walking practice. Next one week the pain generated and he can not even sleep or sit. Then we went to the hospital that time they again took x ray and told screw cut through the bone, need to do ball replacement surgery. What a irresponsible doctors. My father ia 78 years old. He is having some other health issues. But they easily told to do major surgery to him. They told In the first review xray itself screw got loosened. This they didn't observe at the review time. They are not doctors who try to cure the patient. They are like demons who not even guilt about the surgery and review they missed to notice and rectify from the earlier reviews. In my view they are not even a humans. I advise please go to some other hospital instead of this one to take care of your loved ones life. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I have done my ACL surgery here 3months before.. I was taken care very well in hospital during surgery time. All the staffs were listening and helping. Dr. Navin kumar has done my surgery . I am recovering well now. I would definitely recommend Cdot for best medical care. Had a very positive experience at C dot Hospital. Got my ACL reconstruction surgery done here. Was very comfortable with Dr. Navin kumar. He is very skilful at what he does . Overall the surgeon team were highly professional and skilful. The staff at C Dot Hospital are equally appreciable. They’re soft spoken and kind enough to fulfill our requests. The receptionist to the housekeeping staff and security, everyone was good and the physio team was always good and care very well..
