This place i am technician working

Cool and nice place to stay. Very good for families. Value for money. Good facilities like Gym, Garden, Badminton 🏸 court, Security, 24Hour water. There is a direct bus facility from Romma Paradise to Poonamallee to get connected to city for those who doesn't have vehicle. Bus 🚌 number 53G (once in half hour). Best feeling is during evenings and night stroll. You feel energized and peace of mind. 5 stars for this society.

Place is good but very bad service provider. there is outstanding market near the apparment. Public transport is very bad . In night time three is no any STREET light in the road . So I thank it is undeveloped area ....?

Very worst association team members. Association team is required only to solve problems of the house owners and tenants. Rather at Roma Housing, the present association team is too egoistic and doesn't listen to the occupants. The building is too poorly maintained and as as a owner I feel it was an bad investment at Romaa Paradise. When we were trying to move household items from our home last week, the treasurer and the sitting president were harrasing us for money and were openly challenging me that he wouldn't allow the goods out unless we pay it. They lack fostering positive relationships with residents. Below pics shows how badly the building were maintained and a dangerously hanging window pane at Roma threatening human life. Doesn't understand what the association is doing with the maintenance money we pay. The old association team was doing a good job and they were ready to support any time. Need a good association team back at office, as its all our hard earned money.

The houses here are no way vastu All are no vastu houses only neighbourhood is non friendly owners are very irresponsible. They collect huge rents we stayed in B1 21x FLAT , Owner is always a money minded person we faced lot of problems

Use to visit very regularly. The location of the place is very remote. Developments are just happening. No super markets near by for regular shopping. There are lot of families in this community depending on poonamalle. There is a medical shop just outside. No vegetable outlets for daily use. Most of them have rented out their appartment yo college students. Thise who live here are working near by or outside city of this place. No maintenance. Lift never works. One thing is very calm and peaceful place. Play area is there for children. Walking inside the community feels good.

Very good apartments I had lived there for 11 month Good experience.. Every community is living.. In Chennai Poonamallee Really very good experience Loved it And have many memory..
