They sold a torn lunch bag which we did not notice and when we informed the same over the phone they have asked to bring it for an exchange.After inspecting the same they blamed for not noticing and said it would have happened from our hand.If the intention is not to replace it could have told upfront and could have avoided the drama.Its a waste of money and time. I have thrown the same at the store as it is useless and they can may be cheat another customer. No wonder the ecommerce business is flourishing and you are soon going to loose the existing customer who prefer direct shopping. Sadest part is there is no centralised customer care number or email id. Addressing the franchisee owner is of no use ...

A medium-sized shop on the main road. Easy to spot. Near to DR Supermarket. There is no exclusive space for parking, however a small car and a few bikes can be parked there. The worker at the shop seems to be a reasonable and good fella. Will help you to even suggest you face and body products based on other customers feedbacks which really helps.

This particular outlet is small and lacks variety however like any other minisso it has soft toys or bags or some cool Asian stuff that you want for yourself for your kids they have it

This Miniso is the smallest store I've seen. Due to its small size, there are very few products. It would have been better if it was bigger as per the location, I hope the authorities will look into it

Amazing customer service provided by Mogappair Miniso Branch. This is the only Miniso branch in Chennai to give instant response to all my queries. Since I am a student, I can’t go the shop quite often for each and every requirement and it’s difficult to shop in Miniso online as the variety of products are very low. There are few branches of Miniso near my home but no one helped me with my specific queries regarding plush toys. My home is far away from Mogappair but the sales person was so responsive and helped me solve my queries, due to which I took a 1 hour long journey from my home to this Miniso branch. Also the best part that I learned about this branch is that they provide you video calling online shopping facility and we can book Dunzo to get our items. For me the customer service matters a lot and I hope to see this branch succeed. Highly impressed by this branch ❤️
