Today, I had a very disappointing experience at Reliance Digital in Poonamallee. I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a mixer grinder, but unfortunately, the sales executive I encountered lacked product knowledge and customer service skills. Even when I requested to speak with a manager, none of the staff members responded. I would not recommend this brand to my friends or family based on this experience.

After sales service is worst. They don't respond to your calls properly, everytime we need to explain the whole situation to the person we connect. The IDFC bank staff do not give proper information about the EMI charges while purchasing. It's even sad to state that the staff is not aware of waive off in bouncing charges, if the customer misses a pay by mistake. IDFC customer care executive helped me in the same. Please keep well educated and capable persons. Transperancy and honesty is missing in their terms. It some times sounds like they push off minor defective products on offer and later we keep having problems.

Just ok. It's located in kattupakkam. I visited for purchasing washing machine. The product is ok . They r explaining the details patiently whatever we ask. But there is some flaws while discussing discount. Don't expect any discount from them. Otherwise all ok.

Update #4 : Finally jio fibre started working after 6 days of breakdown and 4 hrs of online fight. Yet to get refund for breakdown period. Update #3 : Called today for a new connection, next minute jio was ready to install instantly. Update #2 : 5th day jio fiber is still down, escalation mails are useless. Never do annual subscription, u will be cheated. #1 : Jio Fiber service is worst, We have 2 connections in a same apartment, one with basic plan another with 100 MBPS. We face issues in 30 mbps line frequently and this started happening after we stated using annual subscription. Does JIO thinks if we subscribe annual we dont have choice? we do have legal remedies. Why jio is not paying customers back for internet down periods?

We came to Reliance digital store to buy AC and Mr Sadham has assisted us to select the product by explaining the features with more patience. We really appreciate his service
