Poor Construction, Fit and Finish is not Good, Urban feasibility is not there, The Road becomes criminals hub after 8pm. Literally no shops around, AC provision is a question mark, Post completion i doubt if the property will hold to it's original for even 3 months, The Biggest draw back Building is full of Pop work we don't know how long the paint will hold. Seller is pressuring to go with his Banker so that the agent gets the commission and Asking if you need interior help, Full of instability.

There is no clarity on Handover date. I have been seeing the dates being pushed and most funny part is same diwali handover banner is being used for 2 consecutive years and there is no seriousness from Fomra to communicate appropiately to customers. Also There is no provision of visitor parking or no clarity on visitor parking.

Good place and I felt this is economical compared to other projects for the product they are giving.

In the front side of the premises, trucks, lorries and vehicles are continuously running. All people who come out of the premises have to be very careful till they reach Porur Road. In the backside of the premises, just at the end of the backside (breadth wise) road, it is full of unregistered open land completely with grass and other plants. If there is heavy rain in the area, walkers from the premises will face hardship.

Totally unprofessional builder. They do not have a proper project plan even and no clear communication stage wise. Builder is so much concerned about money only and not about project completion. I personally have seen same DIwali handover banner two consective years .

Good Project, however now the God knows the handover date :) Hi Sir , We registered one near to the same location, however for last 2 years we noticed the appearance of this project still the same. So many handover dates , If I am correct May2021,then Aug 2021,then Guaranteed handover in 6 month and now could see as Nov 2021 for interior fit. Now very needed of a ready to move, that is the reason

Please do not make an enquiry. One of the rudest persons I’ve encountered by the name “Kannan” . I would not recommend this facility even for an enquiry.

It's bang on the bypass road. Nicely buil. Better pricing and location is what I feel. Can consider for both investment and staying
