Flat 139 The building and amenities seems good from the exterior. We were prospective tenants. Went for flat enquiry and deposited 10,000 under the condition that everything will be repaired and cleaned. However on the day of entry, the owner did nothing. Toilet ceiling broken, taps rusted, cupboards broken. He even told all the bathrooms in the condo are like this. Such shame. I haven't recieved my 10000 as he told it's his time waste charges. Be careful of such owners. Posting photos as well.

A nice apartment complex with all basic amenities inside for a gated community. Has a good atrium kind of open space at the centre. May be because of this design, the air flow is minimal and hence ventilation is a con. Since, it located inside, access to this place from the main roads are to be improved.

Though it is located deep inside Porur gardens, it is hardly 5 mins. away from the Arcot and Bypass roads. A nice apartment complex with all basic amenities available inside the premises. Kids are having a gala time here. Pros: 1) Gated Community 2) Basic Amenities 3) Pollution Free 4) Kids Friendly Cons: 1) Commutation 2) Water

It is a nice place to stay for the person who are working in IT industry near Guindy. Ye it is but far but there is means of communication, what is more tedious part is to walk for 2km till you get share auto. Price for 2bhk is 13.5k with 2k maintenance per month. Parking place is available.

All are good play area, pool, cleanliness, good maintenance, rent also affordable.. Only issue water supply and water meter for water usage.. Barely 3 to 4k we spend for water domestic usage..
