The builder has a good reputation nin Bangalore however has completely let down the customers.of their mega project Bella Vista in Chennai. The flats have lot of leakage issues and multiple complaints are yet to be addressed by the builder. Hence kindly think before you make a decision.

Everything about the place is excellent. Conveniently located on the Poonamallee highway, with excellent architecture, design and space utilisation, providing ample amenities like,. A ace worth considering.

Under construction property , roads in front of this property are in horrible condition , full.of potholes , service roads are not yet ready , always traffic jam . On top of this , fish market just in front the premise , residents has to bear the unbearable smell on everyday basis .

1st Thanks to Mr.Mouli, He explained this project very well & patiently to us. We just came to visit this property not to buy. Because of his (Mouli) Speech the way he explained this project we decided to book here. It's a newly constructed multi story apartment in Vanagaram Main road, with lot of amenities its host 6 blocks with 13 floors. Handing over in December 2023. Pavered walkway around the building 1 story basement & Tilt Car parking. Gym, Mini theatre, Community Hall Children Play Area, Park,Etc... Service lift and Passenger Lift in each blocks...

The sales executives are very polite ,they very well explain you the plan . Overall I really liked the project .

We met one Mr.Mouli, pathetic customer service,, Highly disinterested and had extremely poor skills in even explaining the property details, We were really interested to know about the project however this Mouli turned down our interest,,

The major drawback is the fish market opp to the project. It stinks badly. Also they clean fishes and dirty the space next to the project entrance. Its a messy situation in the approach service road that leads to the entry. Think before buying.
