    I had my mobile phone serviced here. They replaced my mobile's motherboard with in a day. They explained the issue and the fix needed for it. Since it's an authorised service center, they give the warranty for the replaced parts for three months. This place is located above Khadim's show room, opposite to Naidu Hall on Arcot Road, between Valasaravaakkam and Porur.

    I had a screen replacement for my Samsung a 31 their service is really good they delivered it on time and their charges were affordable the only issue I faced was the waiting time though there were 3 counters I had to wait for more than 30 min which I felt was too bad. But their customer service is perfect.

    Got a green line on screen after recent update on my s20+ . they refused to give me free replacement of screen. Service centre in banglore offered to change the screen for free replacement. But they asked 10days time but I had to move to Chennai immediately. I reached this service centre because this service centre is near to my home.

    Service is good but a little slow.. No proper updates from them. Staffs are not that experienced and couldn't answer the query properly.. Still, you'll get your service done properly even if there's a delay.

    Horrible service and experience. Better to visit some other branch. I took my galaxy buds there as it wasn't working properly and was under warranty as well. They refused to replace it as they felt the product was working properly when in fact there was a considerable difference between the right and left bud.

    Guys, don’t waste your time for anything if the phone is out of warranty.. hopeless center and unfortunately my case was attended by an unskilled technician I observed a common response you get is to change the BOARD for any minor problem you report to them..

    Fast service. Very minimal waiting time about 3 people before me. Small services take less than 30 mins can wait and collect it on spot. No ventilation tho, just one small table fan for the entire waiting area....

    Worst service policy from the company as well as its service center. I had 2 samsung flagships and both of them ended with display issues and required paid replacements of more than 60K in total. The warranty was not considered due to a tiny scratch which had occurred more than 4 months earlier and was pointed out to be the reason for the display problem which occurred 6 months later! No more samsung phones ever!

    I was helped by a gentleman named Lokesh. I had not anticipated the level of professionalism that he demonstrated while assisting me. You have a fantastic team member who understands the customer's unspoken needs and ensures that they are met to the best of his ability. I've been a Samsung customer for over 15 years, and I've interacted with many different people who represent your company over the years, but this was by far the best experience I've ever had.     Went in today morning for an issue with my s20+ charcging port. I was worried about the cost for replacing it. The service representative took the phone inside to examine and said there was only dust, cleaned it and gave the phone for free of charge. The phone is charging well now.

    MY S20FE had problem in changing, went to this place to get it fixed. They have a person for entry-level screening (Mr.Ramesh) he inspected and asked for my charger, then he understood the issue and fixed it in sec. He was kind and politely handled my in the entire transaction. Great job done by jp communication and Samsung.

    My rear panel glue wore out and I went to get it fixed. They refused the phone in maintenance mode and took about 90 minutes for the process. Maintenance mode was introduced by Samsung to avoid data breach and privacy when the phone needs to be handed over for repairs like this and refusing the phone in maintenance mode is sketchy. Good thing I had a backup of all, I was able to reset the phone and hand it over.

    Worst customer service.. when I gone there to claim warrenty, there is no dent in phone.still they telling we dropped the phone and asking 13500.never seen such a worst customer service..Never buy Samsung products .

    My first time visit there was very good with the experience of the staff there; there was one upon the entry to hear our needs and to guide us to the relevant counter; the staff at the counter were courteous enough to listen about the issue, sort it out in a short time and explain the reason for the issue; thanks to Samsung for the service; one issue I want to flag to is the space for car parking; the parking is suitable for two wheelers only..

    Please don't goto this service centre. They just get phone from customer and keep it idle and return it without checking on the reported issue informing the software was updated. But don't expect ur issue gets resolved. If u say the issue was still not resolved, they will ask u to use the phone and check for 2 days and come back and if u go back again also, same thing will continue. You will end up going to and forth to service center without having ur issue resolved. Worst service ever.

    The very very worst service centre of samsung I have ever experienced, i took my Samsung a53 mobile phone which got switched off and didn't switched on again, they checked and said it's mother board fault also costs ₹14,500, i requested them to check again properly and they said it's 100% board fault i need to replace it which my warranty period got over, I came back doubted and again when I gave other mobile service center they said it's just switch on/off button fault cost me ₹500, these kind of unprofessional unfriendly service centre should be taken severe action against them, also to avoid this kind of service centres

    Worst Samsung Authorized Service Center Experience Ever Service Center: JP Communication, No. 12/8, 1st Floor, Arcot Road, Lakshmi Nagar, Porur 600116. Issue: Back cover adhesive pad. Waiting time: 5 hours. Service Center Person: * Pressed the phone 5 times, even though the issue persisted. * We cannot guarantee that the pressings will not create * problems in the future. * Damaged the phone. * Fingerprint sensor is misfunctioning after the pressings. * Back cover scratch card is broken. * Refused to provide a proper solution. * Tried to convince me that their service is what I need to accept. * Talking disrespectful to the customers. Example: Making fun of customers by charging huge money. as per me Money is valuable than anything. Even if it 1 rupee. Overall experience: * Lots of customers waiting with strange problems. * Cannot waste time on a Samsung authorized center that is not functioning or servicing properly. * Servicer tried to convince me that their service is what I need to accept. This is not a proper customer service. * Told me 600 INR initially and then 420 INR, but I was not told the actual cost from Samsung. Why they are telling improper rates? Conclusion: The service at JP Communication was terrible. The service center person was rude, unprofessional, and unable to fix my phone. I would never recommend this service center to anyone. Also I cant waste my time for this kind of worst service centers.

    Went to enquire about my Samsung M31 hanging issue, the person in his late 20s asked me to wait for few minutes n came back to ask to pay 7k for the phones motherboard to be changed, I doubtfully came home and checked the phone again, I found that the sim was the issue. I went to the sim store and replaced a new sim, phone was fine. This is how they are responsibly doing service in an authorised Samsungservice center .our money we have to be more careful.

    The process is very slow as if we are waiting to see a doctor. The service is good but need lot patience to treat our phones. Minimum 1hr. The executives can speed up the process and may save lot of time on both sides.

    My Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2019 10 inch tablet display not working while using. So I went to Samsung service centre near porur. Service person told me to change the display and she told me tested and even we test with another strip but the display is not working so you need to change the display and the service cost is Rs 7500. So I went to the local mobile shop in Porur Since I can't afford that much and just one year old. They checked and told me the strip need to be changed and they told me to repair the charge around Rs 1700 and I immediately gave it to them. Now my tablet is working fine. So the porur Samsung service centre is the worst, never go there. I will never buy Samsung products again.

    Good hospitality..... But very bad response and I tried following up for my phone service which took 18 days.... Very bad response....Because the samsung care app stated that my phone service was over by 4th November( gave my phone for service on 27th October) when I went for collection they did not complete the service at all and I got my phone only on 15 th of November.And also the person on delivery desk was a bit harsh .... Personally I would not recommend this for anyone.... Buy if you have no other choice .... Please be very sure about the delivery date while enquiring or giving mobile phone for service .... when I tried contacting their response was they are charging my phone.. this service center thinks the customers are stupid.... I would urge you to be careful giving your phone here

    Went there for my speaker issue and battery drain for my tab. Quick and swift response from the team and they patiently helped me in the best way possible. Helped me to reboot my tab OS and now everything runs smoothly. Even cleaned the speakers and checked the tab by running there OS, got a resolution within 30 mins. On the whole would highly recommend this service center for quick and prompt solution.

    Service is not up to the mark. Very recently we visited here to service our new model Samsung a53. It was serviced. We haven't stepped out of the service center. The phone got restarted. Then we said the issue. They said kindly recheck. We were not sure at that moment. But once we got back to our home. It's happening at least once or twice. We've planned to visit once again.

    Experience is good here. It's been 2 days since screen replacement. I replaced display for my ip 68 rating phone, they promised ip rating will intact even after repair.. they also provided 3 months warranty for display. Only time wil tell.. staff are good they also tested my battery and suggested to keep the orginal.. it saves me 2 k on it .

    Very worst. Without my permission they refactored my phone. I had issue with all the software updates in samsung f22 . I made a complain about that and told the girl to try the software update again. She told me that it will take 30mins. When i checked the phone it was new. She told me she informed me that data will be gone. My mom and i were there and she never mentioned those and said she informed us. Does she have any knowledge? How can a customer have a backup and she didnt even ask us one word. All she was saying was “ i clearly told you that we will be doing the software update and some os stuff” she kept repeating it. I thought to complain but my mom didn’t want to. Very worst. Please don’t go to this center. And if they mention software update make sure to ask them yourself. Because they dont have that knowledge to let know the customer. I wish i had written a compalin on that girl i have no backup now and i dont know what to do. Worse customer care

    Worst experience for a Z series mobile I went there yesterday a lady who attended my complaint kept my z fold 3 on the table and was moving it around While her personal phone she kept on a phone pad to protect it's camera , As a result of this minor scratches are now seen on my 1.5 lakh mobile....

    My M11 mobile restarting and struck at Samsung logo many time. Went to service center and they updated software within 30mins with free of charge after 2 years of purchase. After updating data will be lost so we need to back up. Service guy will inform us about this before updating. In total good service.
