Worst pizza the ambience is good but all the workers are unexperienced and the quality of pizza 🍕 was literally so bad.

Had their takeout pizza twice both of the times taste of the pizza was great, had their crinkle fries which was not good as it was not fully cooked, but spending around 300 for 2 regular sized pizza is a lil lot in my view, having it very often would cost a lot. The first time ordered in the store it took like 20 min to get our order, better to pre-order online(they'll call u to ask if they need to start cooking or start after a certain time) 10 or 20 min before reaching the venue you'll get it just after reaching there. They have a nice seating area well air-conditioned, nice parking space

Visited poonamale Domino's today morning. Restroom was very untidy and drinking water not available....disappointed...inquired the same with store staff but they were giving excuses....ofcourse pizzas are good and thatswhy we are regular customer for Domino's...BUT hygeine matters!!!!! Apart from it, good car parking facility, order ahead option available...

We had a great time here. One of the finest outlet. Quick delivery and good service. Taste was also good. All Take away, dine in and delivery available. But little small outlet. Ample of space for parking.

Favourite place for Pizza ❤️ I've tried almost all Pizza in this surrounding but here they serve best quality pizza with more toppings and less crust. This place is easy to find and not far from bus stop. They also follow Covid 19 protocols. They deliver with no contact point which is very nice. I saw that they are sanitizing the hand before Cooking.

I ordered garlic bread and farm house pizza. Totally disappointed with their taste dish. Both the dish was not good. They just baked everything out and even sauce was not evenly spread. Not worth for money.

Visited this store recently, restroom was not clean and can’t enter too that much smelling, Otherwise service is good 😊 tasty 😋

We had a experience with there is no Air conditioning at the restaurant too hot to dine for food..

I have visited the outlet today at 23:00, In order counter one guy is standing and counting the products, i asked the guy about store opening and closing time, he told me that store will close by 12am. Then i planned to order some products. One guy is screaming inside the kitchen and it was very loud I can’t even stand near to the counter by hearing that sound. In lobby there are more flies, Nobody can sit and eat after 11 in this outlet i think. Order taker wearing headset and taking orders. I want to ask only one thing to the dominos team, If you cannot give the right service after 11pm then you should not open till 12am. This is completely unacceptable. Please take necessary action on this.

Dine in experience is very poor since plates not provided. Water also not given properly.

Please be aware..we ordered food today and paid via upi, and they said they didn't get the amount and we have to pay again..and we specifically asked thm to show transaction history,and we could see transaction made successfully so please better pay in cash in this branch..they try the best to scam you guys..

Counter guy tried to scam us telling Gpay didn't work and asked to pay again. Upon opening transaction history on his system we picked the fraud

Today we have ordered one veg pasta and pizza. wrong item delivered. When asked the delivery executive (Arun) told one reason. We raised the complaint and came directly to the outlet where the branch manager (Divakar) enquired about the complaint and gave totally a different explanation for wrong delivery. More over he was too rude and showing attitude. Very worst experience for the first time with domino's. Later, when we spoke and complaint to zonal manager through phone, Divakar in attitude went of his anger by hitting the dining table of outlet. He further more talk wrongly regarding gender bias. Will never recommend this place here after.

The name Domino's is enough. Little parking space was available when we visited but required someone to manage it. It took much time for placing the orders too. Out of Two billing machines one was not functional and can see long queue. Getting and delivering the orders need to be quicker.

U can have a good time there, but there is lack of seating area.. so dining may be difficult at the weekend time..

We waited more than an hour for take away pizza They said they wrongly deliver the pizza The waiting time we spend there is totally wasteful.

I had some respect towards domino's which is zero now. Do you really intend to hire people who respect people or goons to threaten customers? Something is wrong with your hiring. And that to in front of 2 kids if they can behave like that then for sure Something is definitely wrong. The complaint is on the whole team present there.

The store wasn't clean, neither the floors, nor the table and toilet was filthy. Staff was seen cooking with mask down and coughing. Another one opened an oregano packet with his mouth and spit the wrapper in kitchen. Staff was reluctant and forgot to serve the ordered cold drink, when reminded them instead of checking their system they walked up to us to show the receipt if we actually ordered it. The only thing good was Dominos standard recipe pizzas.

Always my go-to pizza place !!! Best in town and good ambience, polite and understanding staff. Once I had a problem paying thru GPay where the amt was debited but payment was not successful. Instead of a dispute or argument, they let me pay later once the amount was reversed to my account. Excellent customer service !

Expensive for the quantity. Quality and taste is still fine. Once in a year visit is fine. Order the newly introduced 5 chicken pizza medium, 2 pepsi and 4 piece wings coated 1100.

About the food it's Goooood.... And tasty.... But why they are locking the restroom 🚻?

No proper hygiene, washroom area is not clean and the workers never respond if we tell them to clean it😒during this pandemic I advice not to visit this branch becoz of the unhygienic environment.
