    UPDATE 8/18/23: After several months of steering clear of this McDonald's Gravy Biscuits, I decided to try one again and it was great. Unfortunately, it must've been a rare occurrence, because since I had that delicious, freshly made, sausage gravy biscuit meal, it's as if they've just been microwaving the biscuits from that very same batch. I don't know if the cook is to blame, or if that's a management decision, but the fact that I can't get fresh biscuits at this place is inexcusable. I realize that quality control among corporate-ran businesses has dissipated little by little over the last several years, but if I'm having to pay the over-inflated price of food, then I just want it to be edible. Is that really too much to ask?? ORIGINAL: I come here almost every morning for sausage & gravy biscuits. When I first discovered this wonderful breakfast item, it was pleasant and I couldn't get enough of it. I did notice at this particular McDonalds that if I ordered this on a Monday morning, the biscuits would always be fresh. However, over the past two weeks, I have been given biscuits that could be mistaken for hockey pucks. The biscuits were so hard, they literally broke the fork. I don't mind paying more for a breakfast if it's good, but to consistently push out stale/overcooked biscuits, that's something you should be ashamed of. You guys need to get you some of those 'Hot & Fresh" Krispy Kreme signs for when your biscuits are fresh and soft.

    So I ordered a chicken Biscuit substitute the biscuit for a bun i ordered drive through I got home When I opened up my bag I opened my Sandwich and my gravy 🤦🏻‍♀️ i like putting gravy on my sandwich the Gravy was NOT gravy it was soup the gravy was way too watery and I'm very upset and disappointed with this because somebody needs to taught how to correctly make gravy you can clearly see in the video how watery the gravy is it's disgusting who wants soup for gravy because I sure TF don't!! It's a shame!

    I think I am done with McDonald's. You work too hard for your money to wait in long lines for bad customer service and get the wrong food, or it's just old or not properly prepared. I ordered 2 egg and cheese McGriddles w orange juice. Got two egg biscuits w cheese and what looks like orange water. Ridiculous.....

    This place goes above and beyond every time. I have to special order my nuggets well done and I know it’s a pain. My order is never wrong, it’s never a longer wait, and it’s always on point. I’m sorry for being “that” customer and appreciate your patience with my PITA request….pretty sure this is my first review on anything, ever lol

    What started off as a bad review due to the experience I had ended great due to the best customer service ever!!! Jacqueline G. made it happen. She made my overall experience the best. After waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes to get my food. No one was coming out with my stuff. Plus to top that off the people behind me started to get there food before me. Jacqueline came out and made sure that I got all that I ordered. She treated me with the best customer service, apologized for my wait. She took her time to explain everything to me to make that I had the best overall experience. McDonald's give that woman a raise.

    Food was fresh but however, I could not stay and eat because I could not find one clean table to sit. It was so dirty! And there was not a lot of people sitting down at all so I’m just confused!

    Received a raw burger my son ate over half before he noticed it. Do better you guys. I guess start checking your meat before you eat it. Chicken included. Yall are going to kill someone.

    Great experience, We ordered at the touch screen and our food was out in less then five minutes! The chicken biscuit was cooked perfectly and a really juicy piece of chicken. The biscuit was fresh as well. The coffee was flavorful and fresh. Highly recommend!

    Sometimes, their drive through is slow, but I can say unlike done other places it at least does move consistently. Lobby is generally alright, sometimes some tables are left messy from customers, but overall, what can you expect. Good nuff'.

    Family and I were on vacation and after a long day wanted to buy something quick to eat but instead I end up Spending 3 hours on drive through lane (yes wanted to get out but really quick we got stuck in the middle of the lane and had to choice but to wait). After ordering and paying I still had to wait for another hour, when picking up the food realized that the front crew were working really hard but the kitchen wasn’t and manager was doing everything she could but the guys in there were just being jerks, didn’t get my entire order and food was cold. Don’t know if this will ever get to someone but this place needs better kitchen employees and better customer service.

    Didn’t want to make a review but can’t get over the fact that every single time we come to this McDonald’s some of the workers have the most nastiest attitudes. If you don’t like customer service work elsewhere otherwise you can’t get mad simply because you have to do your job. They are completely rude for no reason and the manager seriously needs to evaluate some of the employees. I’m not even sure if the managers are any better and it’s so sad that you can’t get decent customer service anymore!

    Probably ok if you don't have special order. If you do have special order items (I'm gluten free and can't have the buns), go elsewhere. My order is always right on the screen and wrong in the bag.
