I am partial to Starbucks so let me get that out there. This location has the largest interior of any Bux I’ve been in. So many seats. My coffee was made correctly and fast. Wish I lived in the area as I would be here everyday.

This location is my daily driver. For me it seems the drive thru and in side service are as fast as each other. I have never had an experience that I didn't feel fulfilled or thought of attending this location. Service is fast, friendly and always receive what I ordered. 10/10 would recommend.

Popular location usually busy! Courteous staff, good baristas, and lines moves quickly. Coffee is made well and prepared food items are pretty fresh. There is outdoor seating that usually has some human activity. The callout I have is the entry into the parking lot...whoa, some major dips and ups and down by the entrance. My car would welcome a repair🤭😉

I went to Starbucks in Cornelius to get a special drink that my daughter found and wanted to try. They did an awesome job and my daughter loved 🥰 the drink. The employees were super nice and friendly. Are used to work at Starbucks as a barista, so I am very aware of how the employees should act towards customers. They passed with flying colors.

This Starbucks is ok. You wait a really long time if you walk inside. I had a basic coffee which took approximately 10 minutes to pour. The napkins were not stocked. The iced coffee was way too light. The kids made it look like a milk shake. However, the staff was friendly.

I went to this Starbucks location this weekend and order an ice cofee and the stuff were really nice and helpfull. Jess did her best with her knowledge about coffee and also what else its around the neighbourhood. Thank You!

Management really needs to review their process. To sit in a drive thru for 28 mins and counting is horrible. How can a management team allow customers to sit for that amount of time when you are suppose to be a drive thru with efficiency. Someone needs to figure this out.

Employees are great. Only downside is the rude customers. I was walking from my parked car towards the entrance of the store and this crazy woman honked at me to get out of the way and almost ran me over. The law is pedestrians have the right of way. Another incident was when I was pulling out the drive thru and stopped at the stopped sign and a car was aggressively honking at me to go, it’s the law to stop at a stop sign as well. Very rude customers, I feel bad for the employees. These people should be embarrassed of themselves that they don’t know the laws of the road.

The lady at the front, was very rude to my two wonderful friends. One of them is mute and the Lady was extremely rude to her. When our drinks were ready, we waited about 30 minutes because she did not call out our names for the drinks. I thought that Starbucks had higher standards, this specific store should be held accountable for the actions of one terrible employee.

Wow...rudest staff ever. I don't normally complain. I'm an Uber driver. Came for a pick up. Store was quite busy. My delivery order was sitting bagged behind the counter .After some time...at least 5 minutes I was able to get the attention of a barrista who was bringing another moble order to the assigned area and asked for my order. She literally grabbed the bag (with a latte insde) and flung it at me spashing the contents and walked away. Several people in line linked at me in disbelief. Now I'm sure I will be the one dinged for having a spilled order.... Who is the manager here? That was uncalled for as I certainly was not rude or impolite.

My drink was amazing 👏🏾 I asked the barista what I should order on such a hot day, and the frozen strawberry lemonade hit the spot for sure. I was greeted coming in and out of the store despite sitting and working for a few moments. The noise level was a bit much so I didn't stay long but I fo see why the location is super popular.

Jess took the time to print out my special request so that it would be easier to communicate my order in the future. She is always friendly and positive and if she is not currently a manager, I recommend a promotion.

Bring back the days of putting in your own cream and sugar, please, for the love of God. You are making life difficult by trusting someone else to make you that perfect regular coffee with just enough of what you love in it. This way, we all can avoid attitude when asking for more sweeteners.
