I love Olive Garden food but this location has definitely fell off on the service. The food and drinks were delicious of course, shrimp scampi and cheese ravioli topped with chicken. Awesome! but our service could have been better. I had chicken gnocchi and had a dirty spoon asked for a new one. Took over 20 min then when he bought another 1 to the table, he dropped it. Had to ask more than once for refills and bread sticks with having the boat of alfredo sauce and that got cold. Looked likes churned butter. Oh and never got to eat the soup cause he bought a new spoon out with our meal and the soup was definitely cold. This was early afternoon about 20 people in the restaurant. Not crowded at all. No mints were even given. Come on OG! you got to do better than that!

Great lunch specials. We had a lovely server! Staff was friendly, food came super fast, and everything was delicious. Had chicken gnocchi soup, ziti al forno, alfredo, and the spinach dip with pita bread!

This visit was a mixed bag, we had a larger group and showed up to get our names down on the list we were told we should be seated around 30-45 mins from check in. Apparently our server for our assigned section didn't show up on time and instead of assigning another server we were left to wait. Once we were seated the staff did a great job, drinks were kept filled food and dessert were good. Had it not been for the horrid check in process the review would have been higher. Also prices have gone way up for Olive Garden probably won't be returning anytime soon.

There was a 20 minute wait for a table or even the bar area. Was one of my favorite places hasn't been since they stopped making the Chicken Vino Bianco although they renovated the restaurant extensively and it looks amazing. I tried the sirloin for the first time and it was great. Everyone loved their food including a toddler eating chicken tenders. The staff was friendly. I think curbside pickup would have been faster though.

Bad experience, we were soaked of soda because the waitress spilled the full cup on the table and two of us got very wet, not to mention the initial spill was on top of my phone. HOWEVER, that is okay, everyone makes mistakes, what got us mad is that she didn’t even try to clean up and left the table soaking wet. She literally just said sorry like she didn’t mean it and left. We had to clean up ourselves with some black cloths and a few napkins. Aside from other details such as taking 15 min to start taking our drink orders. The main thing that made this a bad experience was not that she spilled over us, but that she didn’t care or try to fix the problem. Even when we were the ones who cleaned up after the waitress, we left everything we used on the corner of the table for her to pass up and make it easier to clean, but she didn’t even pick up what we used and we dined with the mess on the table. Like I said, she had zero care for the customers. Horrible experience and will not be going back ever. Food was actually good but the service made it that horrible experience. Did not believe you could get a nasty salad, but Olive Garden in Greensboro proved me wrong, old wet slimy lettuce, white tomatoes, totally trash

I don’t typically review chain restaurants but haven’t been to Olive Garden in years! Decided to give them a visit for their endless pasta— wasn’t disappointed. Everything was delicious, especially .. well everything. From the salad, to the pasta and sauces. I totally forgot they give out complimentary chocolate mints. Those were devoured on the car ride home. My waitress was very sweet as well, Alise. My only complaint was the odor of the restaurant. It smelled like a gymnasium- feet, those indoor trampolines parks. The smell reeked from the second I walked in and throughout my whole meal. I wasn’t comfortable eating in the beginning but didn’t allow it to bother me.

It was my first time at the restaurant and it definitely won't be my last! Excellent and fast service! All the meals we ordered were really nice. The only BUT was the restroom wasn't clean when we used it and the smell coming from it was unpleasant. Other than that it was great! Got a complimentary dessert cos it was my birthday and had

The food was pretty good but the waiter was visibly mad when I asked for a booth and she had to move us over to a section that clearly wasn’t hers . She rolled her eyes and asked the male waiter if he could handle another table . She was rather rude and it was my sons bday .I have never had those vibes from any other Olive Garden and they didn't sing Happy birthday 🎉 to my son . I remember the food and service being much better and friendlier when I visited this location a couple years ago and the restaurant isn’t the cleanest either , but I did enjoy my meal and the cheesecake was yummy 😋

My husband and I went to this particular Olive Garden location for dinner to celebrate my birthday. Our server’s name was Joshua T., a friendly and nice young man. My husband and I ordered the Never Ending Pasta Bowl—I ordered my favorite, spaghetti marinara and my husband ordered his usual, fettuccine Alfredo. Both dishes were prepared well and very delicious. For dessert, we both ordered tiramisu, which was delicious as always. Joshua took the time to decorate my tiramisu plate by writing Happy Birthday in chocolate. I thought this was very thoughtful of him and it did indeed put a smile on my face. We were seated promptly, which surprised us because the parking lot looked full, and we went in expecting a wait. Overall, I’m glad I chose to have my birthday dinner here.

The food is always delicious. Nashay was very help and let me sample the soup. It was so good! :)

Wow! What great service and food at the Greensboro Olive Garden location. Not only did the server give my wife a 2nd bowl of soup with no noodles (had mentioned she had a sore throat), but when she left her purse there and we didn't realized until several states later - we were on a road trip - the general manager Kevin was so helpful as to mail the purse all the way to Canada so that we did not have to return and lose an entire day with a sick and cranky toddler. We are so impressed with Olive Garden and will be back on our next trip! Thank you so very much for your help and great service! 5 + stars

My mother & I came to dine here at the Greensboro, NC Olive Garden yesterday 9/2/22. The service was phenomenal and we definitely enjoyed our visit. The salad and breadsticks were fresh. The food we ordered was fresh and absolutely delicious. Even down to the Lemonade we drank was fresh and refreshing! We wanted to dine at a different location since the one we live close to has poor reviews and this restaurant in Greensboro has excelled our expectations. We will definitely be returning soon! We appreciate the service and professionalism that the staff showed by welcoming and seating us.

On Saturday I was invited to dinner here. It was very busy when we entered and we were told that it would be about a 20 minute wait. While waiting we were very entertained by the host Keymeyes (he is funny), which seemed to make the wait til fly by. After being seated Uneek was very assertive. He was busy yet on top of it!! His communication skills was top tier. Keeping us informed, leaving no room for misunderstanding. My soup was fresh as he told me it would be and the meal was delicious. My only issue were the gnats at the table but I made sure none landed in my wine :)

Always a great stop. Later on Friday with no wait. Quick friendly service. Food consistently good here. Roomy tables with space between. Good parking easy in and out. Still best breadsticks

The food was wonderful and I'd like to give a huge compliment to our waiter Rod! He was super polite and very professional. We will most definitely be returning to eat here again soon and will likely request him as our waiter if at all possible. Also, the fried chicken on my Alfredo was absolutely delicious, as he said it'd be. I highly recommend eating here if you haven't already!

I had appetizer and a salad it was fantastic we met with a lot of friends out there Sunday it was awesome

Taylor is an amazing server. We had a large group and she was very attentive. Taylor avoided a misstep with her knowledge of the soups. Someone was distributing the food and mixed up pasta fagioli and another soup. Taylor immediately identified the soups and gave them to the correct patron. I order the Shrimp Fritto Misto. Everything is fried, but I enjoyed it. The flavor was nice and I would order again. There was a side of marinara sauce and spicy mayo dip..

Friendly staff. Had the seafood Alfredo. The shrimp was chewy and a bit overdone. The scallops were done nicely though. The Alfredo could have had a bit more sauce on it. Mom had the chicken Parmesan. The crust of it were too hard for her to eat. Dad had the chicken Alfredo and said it was good. The atmosphere was good but the food lacked the love that I remember. Definitely not worth what we paid for it.

This is for the Greensboro location. Just of the major road, this place as plenty of parking. This location is a stand-alone restaurant, so you're not having to fight to get in and out of the restaurant parking lot. Elise was our server. She was extremely polite and professional. She engaged and asked all of the right questions and made experience very enjoyable. The food timing was good & no one was left without getting their food or drink. The food was great! We got the Tour of Italy, fettuccine with broccoli, chicken with gnocchi, and the usual unlimited bread sticks, soup, and salad. Left there VERY full. We are looking forward to coming back! Midas 5-stars and consistent food and awesome service.

Tatiana served us perfectly, she was so friendly and helpful. The salad was fresh and tasty, also the soup was very delicious. This place is highly recommended.

Food was delicious and service was excellent. There were several groups waiting when we walked in but with just 2 people we were seated immediately. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a quick tasty Italian bite.

Food was good and plentiful. We were a group of 7 and everything came out correctly.

The chicken Alfredo/Parmesan was good. It had a good chicken to pasta ratio. The service could have been better. I had to go inside to get my order. They did seem to be coming out at the same time I was walking in, but a call or text to the number I provided them would have been helpful since they didn't bring the food at the time they stated they would.
