Delicious food, order accuracy, consistent flavor & taste. Always fresh and ready in reasonable time. The staff is very friendly, pleasant. Pricing is standard/average, not overly expensive. Oishii! offers a great selection of dishes.

This is a great place with a mix of chinese and japanese food. They have a bunch of sushi too. The food was served hot and fresh. The general so chicken was spicy but very good. Ill visit again

Oishii has the best Hibachi chicken in town, its made to order and the rice is delicious! They have a very friendly staff, excellent sushi, and they are very clean. I tried the Chicken and Fillet combo and was not disappointed! The pricing is great for the quality and portions and the dinning are is great for eating out with a group or with a few friends.

Great food and great service! Every meal is hot and fresh. Helen seems to recognize everyone that comes in. The 2 waitresses Amy and Anna are fantastic! They work hard and are very friendly! I recommend this restaurant to anyone!

My husband and I absolutely love Oishii it is always delicious and we’ve tried a lot of their sushi menu and so far we’ve loved everything we’ve tried! There is always great service and it’s not an expensive place. We usually do take out but there is some room to sit and dine in! Can’t recommend it enough, we love oishii!

This place is one of my favorites in all of Lynchburg!! The food is always so hot and fresh and the flavor is top notch 😋 now, do be aware that this is not a fancy establishment, if you eat in they serve the food with disposable plates and utensils but for me who cares!! I'm not here to look at the fancy plates with half a head of lettuce as a garnish. I'm here to stuff myself with wontons and dumplings and plate after plate of sushi!!! Speaking of, I have not found anyone who can rival their sushi. I've had other establishments sushi which you could tell was super fresh but it either had a funny smell or no taste whatsoever. Oishii has the best, flavorful sushi I've had so far, my favorite is the aloha roll😁 So go get you some of their awesome food!!! You won't regret it

The sushi was great! Tried 5 different rolls with the family. Somewhat disappointed with the bubble tea, as the tapioca pearls were one large mass.

Oishii is my absolute go to restaurant for both Chinese and Japanese food! The owner works harder than anyone I know, my husband and I adore her as she is so sweet and kind! We have never had a problem and their food is amazing! They have the best rice in Lynchburg and I love Asian food so I’ve been to about every place! The owner also knows us by name since we come so often and we truly appreciate her!

We have been coming to Oishii for over a year and it continues to deliver each time we come! Amazing sushi? Check. Amazing Japanese entrees? Check. We love the teriyaki chicken and the volcano roll! The staff are very kind and provide quick and quality service. Oishii will forever be our go to Lynchburg Japanese restaurant!

Very tasty avocado salad, spicy tuna roll and miso soup for good price. Comfy booth seating and quiet room, no loud music or harsh lighting . Attentive wait staff, clear menu.

Oishii is by far the best sushi place in town. They have the most incredible staff and are always great. I have yet to have something off their menu that I didn't like. I highly recommend :)

One of the best Japanese restaurants I’ve ever been to! I always look forward to eating here, the food is delicious and customer service is amazing!

The food is good but they have overcharged me twice so far coming here. They got my order WRONG when I explained to them 3 times what I ordered etc. Only received 3 meals, 2 of them which were wrong, and we paid too much money for an order we didn't even order. I call to explain the situation nicely and all the lady did was answer with what do you want and started yelling at me acting like I was stupid and this is what I ordered when I didnt. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone after what I just encountered. Rude people, horrible customer service. Waste of money and gas driving there.

Listen if I could drive from DC every weekend to get food this good I would. Everything was fast, fresh, delicious and amazing customer service that feels like your over families or friends house that can make great hibachi. Next I’m in the burg this will be my first stop.

The sheer quantity of 5 star/ glowing reviews should be enough for anyone to see that this place is awesome. I’ve been going for years and have no plans of stopping. The service is always quick and friendly and they have the best sushi in the burg for some of the best prices (as far as sushi goes that is). Absolutely check this place out if you’re looking for great food and want to support a local business.
