My hair never felt softer! Cadrea did my style and color and it came out excellent! Great atmosphere! I watched her mom styled my moms hair and I knew I had to get my hair done here as well and I’m so glad I did. Great experience!! And I’m in loveeee with my hair!

I love this place and as a busy professional, I have ZERO qualms about driving clear across town just to get my hair done by these lovely ladies. I’ve had the pleasure of having both Alycia and Cadrea do my hair, and they are both AMAZING! Going platinum blonde was a big change for me, and they make me feel so beautiful and confident about my choice. The color was done even better than I expected, and each time I go they educate me about what they’re doing and how to keep my hair healthy at home. They have earned themselves a new client for sure, and knowing I can trust either stylist makes it so much easier to schedule an appointment in the little free time I have available.

I am one of the ones who hardly ever do reviews, but I felt like I definitely needed to do one for Madison & Mane. I have been coming to the salon for a little bit over a year now and Cadrea always gets me right! I recently gotten my hair dyed red with a hint of orange and it looks just like the picture I showed her. I am always satisfied with her services and I always receive so many compliments ☺️. I love everything about the salon as well, the location, atmosphere is great and her mom is also nice.

Madison and Mane is Charlotte’s Top Black Salon. Alycia and Cadrea are both very talented stylist. Cadrea’s wig and weave installations are impeccable. Alycia handles your hair with care. She is mean with the short cuts and color. The salon atmosphere is always fun and friendly.

I’ve been going here since 2016/2017. I always love my blowouts! I will drive from Raleigh to get my hair done there. It’s a true Black salon where you can get beautified, be vulnerable, and celebrate life’s events (birthdays). I know my hair is in good hands. It’s the top black hair salon.

I’ll preferece this with saying that I’m a girl dad that knows nothing about hair. My 14 old daughter was really struggling with her “own skin” in particular her hair and everything that comes with it in comparison to her friends with different skin in world that is tough for teenage girls today. It had gotten to a point of causing big issues with her mental health and overall self-confidence. I found Alicia in a desperate Google Search and on faith called her. We had an incredible conversation where she did an excellent job in just simply listening….listening to my concerns and my daughter’s issues. She scheduled us to meet with her daughter Cadrea. Let me tell you…Drea is amazing. She bonded instantly with my daughter as she asked a lot of questions, then proceeded to go right to work. I don’t know much about hair, so I can’t speak to specifics, but the I can’t tell you the end result was life-changing for my daughter and for us as a family. Her confidence about her black girl self is at an all-time high. She feels as beautiful as she is and has always been. A massive thanks to Cadrea and Alicia.
