Love this place! The more busy it is, the better the food! Had a great server! Steak was cooked to perfection and tender.

The meatloaf was delicious! Also try the fudge! One of the best things about our experience, they play Christian music at this location. Love it 😍

The service was great, and so was the food. I like that this location serves brunch.

My wife and I had stopped going to Golden Corral for three or four years because the quality of food was bad. But last month we tried it again. What a difference!! Everything tasted great. The bar had fresh food everywhere. The people were friendly. The manager was very courteous. The music is Christian. None of that new garbage they call music. Again the food is first rate. They have a senior discount so that’s great too. Great job GC.

We went earlier this week and I was disappointed. It has been a while since we had been to a Golden Corral but the quality of most things had gone down. The meats were good. But I think they were putting so much emphasis into the meat that everything else suffered. And the salad bar options were so limited.

Food was good. I had a western omelet made. It was delicious.

Food and service was great (even on a Sunday ) , steak was cooked just how I like it . If you don’t like big crowds don’t go on Sundays .

Visited here after leaving our cabin stay. Food was great despite the rude male cashier with the one earring who didn't speak but blurted out the price of our order. Been a while since we ate at a buffet and after eating low carb this, low sugar that I ate lol. Was a good stop. Great selection. Golden corral still the place for the occasional eat till you pop dining lol.

It's usual good to very good. This one seems especially clean as staff is always on top of the first dropped crumb of spill at food display! Wait staff quick, courteous, and observant. One of the steadfast reliable places to eat in area.

The two stars are literally only because the food was great. We get in & stand there for at least 10 min while a young lady helped someone else. As soon as she was done she turned & said just one second please, then turns to help a family that had literally just walked in. Some old guy ended up stepping in to help the girl. I tried to order our drinks & the people behind me & he literally only gave me our drinks. With the nastiest attitude I might add. Busy hour, couldn’t find a table….no big deal. When we finally found a table, I literally saw the server twice. One refill on my drink through the 2 hours we were there. Us & other tables would try to get her attention & she would keep walking on by. Took 30 min to get a Togo drink. Once again, busy hour no problem, but for me to have a 2 year old literally in front of me & not a single soul (even workers) paid attention to her & nearly ran her over multiple times. It was like a playground with no parental guidance. Definitely will never go back.

The staff here has always been friendly and they allow us to host our monthly saltwater fishing club meetings in their meeting room. The food is good and the wait staff has always been attentive. They have a good selection for adults and children alike. It’s a shame that Covid killed the chocolate fondue fountain but hopefully one day it’ll be resurrected.

My favorite. Everything was set up and displayed so nice. Food was delicious. This store has great management! Each worker was very attentive to the job they had. Each store employee knew their wotk and i give each employee a 10! Thank you for a great meal.

It was $32 for my husband and I last night. Which wasn’t bad. We hadn’t ate here in over a year because of the pandemic. I noticed the rating was a 94, which could be better. We got our plates and we noticed there isn’t a wide variety like there used to be. I had baked spaghetti, it was very bland. Rolls were hard. Apple pie was freezing cold. My husband had the steak which he said was pretty good. Mac and cheese was average. I remembered this place being a lot better. I was disappointed. Our waitress was great though , very friendly and attentive. Wish I could say I wanted to go back

When I went here a couple of months ago. It was a Saturday night and the place was incredibly busy as was understandable considering the night of the week. My problem was that the staff where overwhelmed and the place was dirty as a consequence. For example, they offer soft serve ice cream as a desert. I did not eat any as the machine was filthy and nobody even made an attempt to clean it. There were spills on the floor that staff were slow to clean, if they cleaned them. The food I ate did taste okay and I did not get sick after eating here, but I don't think I'll eat here again.

Steak was not prepared as I requested, and the service I received when picking up my order was not very friendly at all. Juice from the food leaked all over my rolls and cookies. Also, there was no butter for the rolls. You would think that the service would have been better. It has been in the past, but this time, it really sucked. It doesn't matter how much money you spend you should get the best service and everything should be packaged right so you can enjoy all of it. I had to throw some of the rolls and all the cookies away. I am very disappointed.

Can’t say enough good about your Veterans Day meal! Could not believe how organized everything was! You certainly were prepared and quickly moved people in! You went beyond just having good meal- from having live music, great decorations, ROTC students taking people to seats and helping in other ways and even having thank you pictures drawn by children on display! God bless you for honoring our veterans in this wonderful way!

Thank you Golden Corral for the Monday night Veterans Day appreciation meal for Veterans on November 13, 2023. My husband is the veteran and we really enjoyed our food. Everything was so good! Please thank all of your employees, they did a great job!

Although I wish they would lower the kids prices (our kids never eat as much as it costs) we always enjoy eating here once in a while. The selection is good, food is hot, and we can always find a good table. The service is always friendly and efficient. And the music isn't sleazy... that's a plus for families. 😀

The only place open in Winston-Salem, NC, and the wait line was huge for Thanksgiving, but the wait wasn't as bad as it looked. The way these people handled the situation was amazing. The servers were amazing, Everyone in this place was so professional and handled things with ease given the number of people.

Food was fresh & hot. Bathroom clean. No sanitizer. Only blower. No paper towels. Problem with 2 receipts in our group. No code found on receipts to complete rewards on the Golden Corral app. No solution found with a cashier who said she could resolve without talking to the manager. Her resolution was to call a help line. Very disappointed but I will call someone on Monday. Why download a reward app when you cannot get credit for a visit or purchase?

Golden Corral food is always good. With that being said, the chef needs to learn, what well done steak is. My wife asked for well done steak, she got medium well, no blood, just pink in the middle. I ate that one, but I did manage to get her a well done piece of steak. Had to ask for it, then have the chef place it back on the grill and walk away for about 5 minutes.

The Guy who does the omelette and steaks is the best please tip him . Restaurant great for every occasion great staff 😇

I’ve given this place high praise in the past, but am very disappointed after my latest visit. My husband and I both, got sick. I’m sure it was the pork/short ribs. It was the only food we don’t usually get. They were cooked well but the sauce was “odd”! We’ve been sick for several days. Went on 6/16/23.

I went on Saturday they have 11:00 to 4:00 p.m. lunch menu and also Sundays I think but I know that at least on Saturdays...$11.99 plus whatever you get for a drink is additional. But for 1199 that's almost what you would pay for a sub and here you've got everything salad regular food fish meats desserts ice cream! Hello! I think it's a good deal in today's market. I told the manager too that I was so happy with the meal and that I was glad that they were there

Excellent lunch with the senior early bird special pricing. Just ten dollars for all you can eat including your drink! Excellent!

It was my first time taking all of my kids here. They all enjoyed it , and the lady who attended to our table was great. I want to commend her for her great service to us, she even offered to bring me coffee. I dont remember her name but she left a card on my table and i wrote a note to thank her , because i was unsure if i could tip her.

This is hands down my favorite restaurant because no matter what type of food anyone in your party is in the mood for, the Golden Corral has it and it's as tasty as if it was their specialty dish! My mouth is watering just thinking about the food while writing this! My favorite part is that you can taste a little bit of everything before deciding what you want more of without having to pay for everything individually, and the flat price to get in covers everything from the soup, salad, appetizer, main meal all the way to the endless options to choose what you want for dessert! It's hard to think of a type of food that they don't have, so no matter how picky your kids or anyone else are, your guaranteed to leave so stuffed that it's almost hard to drive home! Haha The staff at this particular location have always been very friendly and happy to accommodate your every request to make sure you have a pleasant dining experience every time you come! I have always been very pleased with the cleanliness and good spirits of the customers dining beside you! I truly can't think of anything negative to say about any of the many times I've been there!

I had not been to a Golden Corral in many years. I had made plans to go to the one located at Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem. I was in for a surprise. The salad bar was fabulous. I loved the selections of healthy items as well as the desserts. I never remembered the food tasting so wonderful. There were several problems though in the area where we sat. The floor and under our table was littered with paper napkins and drinking straw wrappers. We had to have our table wiped off a second time. Two of the seats, cola or tea had been spilled, had to have them wiped off, the table top looked and felt like the wiping towel had been soaked in cola or tea. To say the housekeeping was lax is an understatement. I'll not return.

Let's be honest, Golden Corral is a family style buffet and these kinds of places are ready to discount. Maybe it's the nostalgia of going to these places as a child but I've always had a soft spot for this place. The food is great, the line to get in moves very quickly, and I love seeing all of the families spending time together over lunch and dinner. This location does a nice job and the staff keeps the tables clean and wiped down. Everyone is generally very friendly and I still maintain it's hard to find better fried chicken than the kind made here at this location.

You never have to wait long for a nice cut of steak in this joint! They are on the spot when it comes to the grill-department! The service is hit-or-miss every time we go in. No big deal, as the key principle here obvious - none the less, the waiting service still matters... The food is always rotating at a nice pace, keeping the huge selections hot and fresh. Sometimes the desert bar is lacking, both in product as well as cleanliness... Overall, however, this place is delicious as far as buffet food goes; it is one of the better Golden Corrals we have frequented!

The food was decent. Some was hot and fresh others not so much. As to be expected from a buffet style restaurant. Some of the buffet staff were rude and kept looking at the clock when asked a question or request as if they didn't want to be in attendance. Our waitress was awesome. She made sure to keep our beverages refilled and kept checking on us. When a request was made at the buffet wasn't honored, the waitress made sure to accommodate us. We could tell the kitchen staff did not want to do the task because the result was undercooked and inedible. The charge is too much per person to receive this type of service for mediocre food.

Our family visited here as a reward for the kids doing great in school. The food never disappoints, great as always. The main issue I have with this location is its always packed. It is a little pricey but delicious. The day we were there the carpets were littered with food and a lot of tables were left uncleaned
