Went to return an item....and they were having a 135 years birthday party at South Park mall.... beautiful gift bags

The selection was pretty good, and although many items were not again the size needed, the staff offered to order them. The smell from some type of artificial air freshener was strong and thick, mostly on the second floor. I felt bad for the employees because I wanted to leave as soon as I entered.

I had not been in a Belk store in many years. When I was a kid my mom showed there always. It has always been upscale but they have a wine bar now! Now that's shopping! Store divided into sections by brand. Very nice.

This place is huge . Huge as in 4 stories tall. Clean , organized , professional ! I did not make a purchase but as I walked through I seen employees giving help with a smile and seemingly enjoying there work. If I am ever back in the area I will defiantly. stop in again !

Coffee was amazing as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful in making my selection..the atmosphere is great! They have an area with board games and ways to chill and interact with your friends the "old school" way. Also great spot to sit down and get some work done not too noisy at all. Overall great place!

Let me just say Belk is one of my favorite places to shop for clothes, accessories, and gifts. Southpark location has a big inventory of products and some your favorite brands for less expensive to expensive. While shopping for clothes, Tonitta was very helpful and did not mind checking the price on a shirt I was looking at to purchase. She even greeted us beforehand upon arrival. I even witnessed her putting items and speaking to other customers. I had to make sure we let her get our sale after being so nice. Also, I can't forget about Victoria in the Fragrance department she definitely loves her job and the customers. She suggested some nice perfumes based on my preference. I can not wait to rock my new scent. If you are ever at this location, this ladies got you covered.

The only problem with the chain store is personally that is rare on the floors. This time I was lucky and had a lovely lady by the name Luise Franklin . She was a real professional, guide me to find few pieces I needed and I was very happy, that I could have somebody navigating me and fulfilling the reason I am being a Belk repeated customer!

I was able to completely fill my business casual needs. Customer service had quite the sales people, I ended up buying more than what I originally planned. Experienced customer service peoples that knew my neck and waist measurements before they pulled out the measuring tape.

Went there Monday January 8th and the are flooded with items everywhere but no staff. Tried the shoe department and the lady there could not even help get the shoe size for the customers as she was the only cashier and helper there after waiting patiently for their help with other 4 people and a lady with a baby she never came to us as she was helping everybody that would stand in line to pay. Then they wonder why people are choosing online shopping. So I went up to her and ask when are you going to help us.? She was polite but didn’t even know what to say. Clearly she could had sent those people to pay somewhere else and help us as she wasn’t even on her registered but I know they just hate to look for shoes.! Is the truth then on top of that called the store manager never answered never had no assistance there and left a message for her and she hasn’t responded I don’t think she will ever do. Never will I waste my time to go to the South Park Belk.
