This location is not clean! The donuts did not look good, all the tables and chairs were messy & dirty, the station to cut/toast breads was dirty and messy. They had soooo many drinks made it was hard for them to know what was what. My husband ordered a vanilla bean cappuccino, took one sip and he threw it in the trash. I ordered a cocoa mocha iced latte and it was less than desired. It’s unfortunate, but we will probably not visit another Dunkin’ for drinks. The positive for this post is the workers as they were friendly and courteous.

DO NOT GO HERE!! First thing I noticed when I walked inside was the flies everywhere. All over the donuts, counters, and tables. There were napkins and straws all over the floor, and the general vibe inside was dirty. I was the only person in line and it still took them over 10 minutes to get me one iced coffee. There were only two employees there at the time and one of them was a 16 year old girl who was about to have to work alone because the other employee was leaving for an appointment. She was terrified to be left alone there, and eventually her aunt (a non-employee) had to come sit with her while she worked. Take the time and drive 5 minutes down 85 and visit the Afton location.

It has happened more than once at this Donut store. Crave a fresh donut and go through the drive through only to purchase a stale hard donut. Will not waste my money at this establishment any longer. I have purchased donut holes and got them home and some of them have been so hard you cannot eat them. for a chain that has such a wonderful line of donuts to serve old hard items to customers it is very sad. Cause they have lost this customer. I will drive to Salisbury next time. They always have fresh food

This is one of the worst Dunkin locations. Always understaffed, slow, have attitude when they serve you. Drive thru is with out a doubt horrendous no matter what, and they leave the doors locked so no one can get it the majority of the time…

This is the slowest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. No matter how many cars are in line, expect to wait 20-30 minutes. I’ve worked in the service industry so I understand how things can happen but this is definitely a management and training issue. Unfortunately it’s the most convenient for me but I’m about to start patronizing the local shops.

If I could give this place, zero stars, I would. This place is a joke. They’re always rude. The management has no personality and the young girl that works here is the rudest of the crew. She forgets that her mic is on and she’s talking rude about something that I ordered. I will never go to the store again, and I will let all my coworkers also know not to waste their time at the store drive-through you wait 30 minutes for the for them to not even have what you want. Corporate needs to do something about this store. The store is a joke.

I am a loyal Dunkin customer. Ordered through the app received my drink and was disgusting. It was nothing like I ordered. Went inside and didn't seem bothered grinned like they knew they made it wrong. They remade drink barely had any flavor. Depending on who is working if you get the correct drink or not. Very disappointed in customer service the last couple of months.

This location is horrible. Stopped here with my SIL, ordered 2 donuts and a large caramel coffee. We waited 10 minutes for our 1 drink and it was awful! So much caramel flavor it tasted like alcohol. It wasn't worth waiting another 10+ minutes to tell them. But the employee was friendly if that counts.

Good food but super slow service. The employees are disorganized and that means it always gets backed up and slow. Most mornings I wait 10-15 minutes on a simple coffee and breakfast order, sometimes longer

We went to the drive thru of this location at 7:30 on a Wednesday. The website states they close at 8. No one came to take our order, so we parked & went to go in. Door was locked. Website hour’s definitely need to be changed if they aren’t going to have the doors open.

The kindness is what did it for me! I'm a driver passing through from Georgia and the wonderful customer service made me feel at home away from home! Most definitely stopping by again!

Rude and rushy their drinks are sometimes good, and they never have enough help. Keep the Grumpy girl in the back, other people were nice but, Friday morning 11/24/23 girl not at All practically throwing the drinks.

You can tell this isn't a stop and hang out for a bit kind of place, but it's still very friendly and has quick service. Of course, it was the morning rush when I was there, so things were moving rapidly. It's the first Dunkin' I've been in which had mayonnaise for the breakfast sandwiches, so that was great!

The ladies are nice, but they messed up my order completely. i ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and a mango pineapple green tea refresher, and instead they gave me a BURNT plain bagel and a mango passionfruit with COCONUT milk. wont be coming back it’s not complicated, especially when the order was written on the tab. ————- my mother recently went before work to get us food, and they gave us the wrong item again, giving a plain bagel with cream cheese when the ticket on the bag says BACON EGG AND CHEESE… like seriously? the everything bagel they gave as well was mushy and MOLDED. that is unacceptable. that’s a health hazard in itself. i have many friends who work and manage dunkin locations and none of theirs would ever handle food like this! bring in a new GM or something to make this location better because yall need it.

I went in with a mobile order I had placed on the app and still had to wait 10 minutes to get my food. Why encourage people to use mobile order, but not put the orders out. They had finished everyone else’s orders while I’m waiting on my iced coffee. This has happened multiple times.

Ordered 2 glazed donuts and a black coffee. The glaze was runny from sitting around and coffee was set on counter the girl couldn’t bother to call the order # I waited 20 mins till someone figured out why I was waiting. The girl who took my order was working counter and drive thru at same time.

Waited 30 minutes to even get my order taken in the drive thru- I was one of two cars. When you finally do get to the window, be prepared to be greeted by an oblivious, hateful employee who could care less about the speed of the line or the cleanliness of the restaurant.

While I waited 45 minutes for 2 large iced French vanilla lattes.... the ONLY 3 employees in that place did a fantastic job. Drive thru was going crazy, mobile app orders like mine were rolling in and that doesn't even count the food delivery app orders coming in. They were stressed and very overwhelmed. But they handled it well and were trying there best. Only reason this review isn't getting 5 stars is because Dunkin as a company should be ashamed of themselves putting that much pressure on 3 people. Allow them to keep the inside closed and at the very least they wouldn't of had to worry about that. Good job to the 3 employees that showed up today. I appreciate yall and love my coffee, you each deserve a raise.

This is really one of the most consistently poorest run Dunkins I've been to. As in, anywhere in the country. Tons of workers running all over the place and yet super slow service. Even when there are only a few customers. Very disorganized. Donuts almost always mushy. Coffee tastes different every time. Always inconsistent.

The head Barista made our morning!! She made our coffee just right with a smile on her face the whole time! She was so sweet and definitely deserves a raise. We will return anytime we go to the local Sam’s behind this Duncan just to see her!

This dunkin is incredibly slow service. In drive thru for over 20 minutes. Took one person's order and handed it to them at one time it seemed. No flow or urgency at all.

I've lived in Kannapolis for as long as I can remember and never have I ever been to a restaurant with one of the most respectful kindness girls If I'm not mistaken her name was ashlynn. I used to come to dunkin everyday but I stopped coming a few months ago, I recently had a friend of mine tell me they had stopped by and the service was amazing I had to see it for my self, boyyyy can I tell you that this young lady helped me choose my donuts drink and food (which by the way I eat like never before hahaha) normally I don't do reviews but a couple months ago I noticed the constant management issues and worker issues so this experience was delightful. I spoke with the manager now and she was a sweet heart! I love the new management and the hard work to make a friendly and amazing atmosphere, I will most definitely be stopping by every day.

I stopped coming to this Dunkin because they always got my order wrong or the coffee was just disgusting. I came back because they have a new coffee I wanted to try, the first two time where good but the third time I came back and it was amazing not only the drink but the best customer service I have ever received and it was from a teenager. His name is Raylenn and he has the best attitude and overall exceptionally wonderful people skills. The new team they have and the manager Glenni I believe that's how you spell her name are fantastic.. keep up the good work..

I’ve lived here for a little over four years and I can’t understand why this Dunkin’ Donuts is so extremely slow. We drive to afton ridge Dunkin because it’s faster than waiting in the line at this location. Afton will have a long line but moves through it last every-time. Just trying to get some understanding, it really only seems to be this location…

I'm a over the road truck driver and was able to park my big rig at the Sam's next door. When I walked in to Dunkin' donuts I was greeted with the most friendly staff the donuts were excellent and the coffee was great. This place was wonderful!!!

I always receive quick and friendly service at this Dunkin Donuts and it has comfortable seating while I wait for my order. This particular location is convenient to nearby shopping areas and is nicely maintained with adequate parking. I love their coffee drinks and donuts, even though my favorite donuts are not always available, which is a bummer, and why I took off one star.

I have several gift cards so I have been to this location almost daily. I grabbed cold coffee each time, but different flavors. One evening when I got off, I ordered and was told there were out of mango drink and cold coffee. I wasn't sure I had heard her right. So I pulled up to window and she walked by and was shocked I was there. She said they had run out of everything. A couple days before that, this same young lady charged me 10 bucks for a cake batter latte. I wasn't paying attention but thankfully the young man who was there guiding her was and he gave me my change back. Yesterday a group of us went and grabbed a coffee. I enjoy the coffee. Hopefully right now they are just training new employees and the service will get better.
