    Not only did this McDonalds get my order wrong, they really screwed up my Big Mac. It was supposed to be a Big Mac add bacon. As you can see from the picture I got two small pieces of bacon and a chicken nugget? I’m not sure how this screw up even happened. Super slow service times. Fries were also ice cold. I will not be ordering from this location again.

    The wait wasn't too bad. My order was correct and my food was hot. I am vegetarian now so finding fast options is becoming more challenging especially here. However, I had a uneventful experience. The server was very courteous and seem to take his role seriously. I would return if I am in the area again. Especially if they find more vegetarian options.

    Is everyone else noticing that McD's is now, post covid, consistently bad? As you see from my current pics, the bread is always (no exaggeration) stale. The fries arent fresh/hot. Chicken nuggets are cold. They are really phoning it in...it's sad. McD's used to be good and affordable AND gave good customer service. The brand meant something.

    Same outside, but inside, newly remodeled! It's so shiny and pretty. Everyone is in the drive-thru right now though. I like the stool area. They have a separate pickup for doordashers. An enclosed project room. And a 3rd drive-thru window is installed up front, cool.

    We were in a rush and just wanted something quick and hot. They did not disappoint. We got sausage biscuits and they were hot, delicious and satisfying. Customer service was great also

    They was kind of rude, and rushed us out the drive thru when we was checking our order (per use) and naturally they 4got stuff & we had to turn around n go bk! If we would have just looked while we was trying this issue would have been solved!!!! Not leaving room for "error" like this....

    DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! Went to this location tonight, and both my wife's sandwich and mine were raw. It can not be understated how dangerous it is to serve people undercooked food. I will never going to this location again and I highly encourage everyone else who sees this to do the same.

    Stopped here after going to the train museum. Wanted something quick so I could get back on the road and get home. I've stopped here twice. The first time my drink had very little syrup in it. Pretty nasty taste. Today I sat in the drive through for 19 minutes for a drink and a quarter pounder. Never again.

    This was one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve never waited almost 30 mins for a 10 piece nugget meal. The service was disgusting. When I told one of the McDonald’s staff I had been waiting 20 mins she rolled her eyes and said yeah I’m only 1 person and just like you everyone waiting and walked off. Not once did anyone apologize for the delay. They had 6 ppl working on drive thru orders verses working on both equally! As an out of towner I will definitely skip past this exit for McDonald’s! To top it off the food wasn’t hot at all

    I would have never thought of reviving a fast food restaurant. However the quality of product that came out of this restaurant was astounding. It was actually fresh tasting, with crispy bacon and not the typical sadness that the Golden Arches seems to produce. I almost want to go back to one to eat, but this was probably a fluke.

    Visited on 12/1/23 at 12:20 pm for lunch. Food was perfect. Hot fries and quarter pounder. My wife and I ordered via mobile table service for inside. Two homeless people were in separate booths. Neither were eating nor had any McDonald's food packages. One was taking up a large booth, sound asleep with shoes off and feet on bench and had backpack and stuff all over. The other was also asleep with head down on table. A real homeless shelter is only 2 blocks away that they could have been referred to by the manager. Saw another person right outside the door asking a couple for money.

    The food didn't look anything like the pictures. Nowhere near as appetizing and smaller than shown in the photos. But I think that's always been the case with McDonald's, so you just learn to accept it. The service was subpar. It didn't seem like the employees knew what was going on half the time. Most were so focused on what they were doing that there was little attention paid to the customer. As far as the atmosphere goes, I think it's completely inappropriate for any employee at any establishment to be swearing and using inappropriate language, especially the manager. I also think that it's inappropriate to be complaining about your job or other customers in front of the customers that are standing in front of you or within ear shot. Not professional at all. But unfortunately, this is typical for most of the fast food restaurants that I go to, so unless I just don't want to go to any, it's something you just have to learn to accept. It's never going to change. So normally I would not recommend this place but unless you don't want to go to most fast food establishments it's just something you have to endure.

    This place has to be the worst McDonald’s in town. Every time I come by the window it always takes 30 for me to get my order in and get it. There’s soo many bums that can’t keep up. Fix this problem

    It sucked i got the wrong order i ordered 40 chicken mc nuggets an two large fries an two large dr peppers i was short one frie so i went back into there i should have checked my complete order all i had in my bag when I got home was a burger an 4 chicken nuggets an one small frie an one large frie i doubt i will ever eat there again

    Plz don’t go to this location I order my food pick up on way home get home inside of my burger pink raw call up to store no one wants pick up after a few try’s guy picks up I tell him what wrong with my order ask for a receipt I was jot given one he say nothing he can do with out it also ask what wrong with the food it was raw that can make someone sick he flat out sounded like he not care I work in food industry if I serve my customers raw beef I wood be in hot water

    Honestly haven’t been to this McDonald’s in a while, I thought it would be alright for a quick stop on my way to the beach. Ordered three frappes, couldn’t do frappes so I said iced coffee was ok, but decided we wanted to refund one. No manager or anyone to refund our coffee, so we got a large drink to try and make up for it. Got our food and waited another 15 minutes and received my “coffee” after having to remind them. Sitting behind the counter with melted ice. There had to be absolute zero coffee in there. Essentially they gave me caramel flavored milk and creamer, half melted from being forgotten about. Twice, they made two of them!! two large cups filled with creamer, milk, and sweeteners. Baffled, had a good laugh but by golly! I just wanted a coffee!

    Your typical McDonald's nothing really different and unique when comparing to other McDonald's fast food restaurants. The food is what you would expect and the staff at this location are very nice sjow interest in your needs. Some places usually have really rude or staff with attitudes. The food came out quickly and was cooked to standard for any McDonald's.

    Food be hot and cooked correctly but make sure your order is correct when you go pay for it. They got me two other times, the third time I caught it. Not only did they super size my whole order for my kids and charge me but they added a extra drink that I never received. Then they told me the charge was for the cups. How do you charge me for the cups that the drink come in?

    I am specifically addressing the women’s bathroom at this McDonald’s restaurant. 704 E Innes St, Salisbury, NC 28144. It was HORRIBLE! I thought the ceiling was going to cave in on me. I actually cannot believe they are allowed to have it open. It is actively leaking, dripping water all over the floor. I don’t think the wet floor would cover them for liability purposes, in this situation.

    After leaving a local indoor child playground, I stopped by here to get lunch for my son and I around 4:35pm. I ordered via the app. The drive thru long was long and wasn’t moving. So I decided to go inside. The food was ready when I went inside. I needed to ask for a cup and the chocolate milk that came with the kids meal though. While getting my beverage, I noticed that the floor was sticky even though there a wet floor sign. I also observed the staff looking like they did not want to be there. I asked one staff for BBQ sauce, she gave it to me but didn’t say a work at all… her face was so flat and yeah. It was evident she wanted to be elsewhere. The staff was not working together too. One staff was treating new employee poorly :( On another note, our food was correct. There were no issues with it and we enjoyed it.

    Ordered a big mac, got home with it and all it had on it was pickles. I called the store and they said they were out of lettuce. Never bothered to tell anyone when they ordered. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Basically I paid for a big mac and got a small double cheeseburger Instead. Not happy 😡

    This is what my 2 year old got in her happy meal instead of her nuggets. A half eaten cookie.. not only is this a health hazard, it was a huge disappointment when we finally arrived home to eat.

    They were extremely slow and had no direction or sense of urgency. I went inside because the drive-thru was so long and ended up spending forever inside despite it only being myself and another person who had ordered on the kiosk. Nobody acknowledged me waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes and once I ordered, it was another 10 before someone who identified herself as the manager got my 2 happy meals ready. There's no structure at all. I understand that the whole world is short staffed BUT, customer service goes a long way.

    Where do I start...first of all, the kid at the first window was too busy ranting to us that he wanted to beat someone up at school because he was ratted out for having weapons to notice he didn't ring us up for our order. Then at the second window when we realized they were trying to give us the wrong order they gave us barely warm food, no napkins, no straws, no sauces like we asked for, and didn't want to fix the money screw up. Needless to say, will never return.

    Front of house was frigid. This seems to be common with McDonald's stores, but it chases people away from enjoying their food inside. Although I said nothing, my bacon cheese burger was missing the bacon, so whomever cooks needs to read.. Service was fine, store was pretty clean. Fries were the best: hot and freshly cooked. I sat on the other side of the restaurant: the temp was about 15 degrees warmer...
