Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Clean rooms. Would rrefresh room every two days. Made popcorn and cookies daily for guests. Always had cold water or for guests. Had a nice comfy bed.

I stay in the Marriott chain a lot as a platinum Elite member for work. I booked this hotel while on a road trip. The room was fine but was definitely disappointed upon check in. No friendly greeting. Just handed me my room cards for check in. Due to the amount I stay at Marriott I typically either get upgraded or told sorry we don’t have any upgrades available. I was just handed my keys as though I was disturbing the front desk person from a break. Maybe it is all the Fairfield line, but we won’t be staying at this location on our return trip. Room was ok and clean, breakfast is what you’d expect so the hotel itself gets 3 stars. Honestly cant go higher when you compare it to other hotels.

The hotel was okay. It's been a while since our last stay at a Fairfield hotel. Check in was easy and fast. The room was hot and stuffy. The a/c was off and the room temperature was 82 degrees. Once we turned the a/c on, it took over 2 hours to cool the room down. We arrived at about 9pm, so it was late when it was comfortable. The shower control lever was either broken or needs adjustment as the water was either hot or cold. No in between temperatures. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Four pillows per bed. The breakfast selection was ok, nothing special but would like to see more hot breakfast items. I'm sure this is a cost issue with higher waste factors. Would recommend and would return if the need arises.

What a nice hotel for a one-night stop over. Tiffany was at the desk for the night. She was friendly and personable and recommended some close restaurants. She was exceptional and truly made us feel welcome! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. After driving all day I think the high point of this stay was the awesome and hot shower. The complimentary breakfast provided us with a great selection of hot and cold items. The coffee was good and strong! Will definitely stay here again on our way back north!

STAYED 3 DAYS, ROOM SERVICE NEVER CAME TO OUR ROOM TO CLEAN OR OFFER NEW LINENS... Very dissapointed honestly, for the above reason and the fact that the staff did not seem to care. They advertised that room service would be available every other day which is whatever, but we checked in on Friday and at 2pm Sunday, our room still had never been cleaned or linens changed..so we asked the housekeeping lady if our room was on the list and she assured us that it was. We returned at 9pm and the same pile of towels from 3 of us was still there, the garbage hadn't been changed..anything. The front desk employee did apologize and offered garbage bags/ new linens for the night. The next morning on checkout, the new front desk employee ignored our complaints and offered nothing to compensate for the inconvenience.

My family and I spent four amazing days in this hotel. Breakfast consisted of a variety of choices cold and hot such as scrambled eggs, or breakfast bowl(scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage), waffles, bacon, yogurt, cereal, muffins, fresh fruit, coffee, and juice daily. The Staff was perfect and I do mean PERFECT. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but this group didn't fall below expectations once!! The Rooms were spacious and clean. The pool wasn't open, however the area located by the fire pit was a very relaxing place to enjoy the end of the day. I also enjoyed my evening walk on the treadmill located in the weight room. To my surprise this hotel has a meeting room in which I hosted my daughter's graduation gathering for family. The room was spacious, very clean, and apparently sound proof as we received no complaints 😁 I would definitely recommend he Fairfield Inn at exit 36 to anyone looking for professionalism, cleanliness, comfort, and great food!

Accomodations and staff were great. The location is perfect with Pomodoro's Italian Restaurant and Casa de Montecristo both in walking distance!

Great experience at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We left something behind and Brittany went and got it from the room, and had it waiting at the desk as we circled back to get it quickly. Breakfast attendant was also on top of keeping things stocked and cleaned up. Great customer service all around!

No one at front desk at checkin, though friendly when finally arrived. Location is a little hard to find. Inadequate signage. Housekeeping very rude and annoyed with a simple request. Also multiple knocks at my door after 12pm despite having an approved 1pm check out. Rather than moving to another room, parked the trolly outside my door, waited, and proceeded to knock every 15 minutes. Tacky and obnoxious.

From booking over the phone to when we left, the staff was sooo helpful and sweet! The rooms were clean, beds were nice and the breakfast was awesome! Sooo many breakfast options, both hot and cold AND of course the waffle maker was a hit with my kids! Thanks for a great stay, Fairfield!

Clean rooms. Good location for my purposes. The rooms included a baffling and frustrating combination of too little available lighting while awake and working and too much light when trying to sleep. See attached images. Large gap around door let in disruptive light from hallway. Large smoke detector red indicator light RIGHT above the bed, illuminated the entire room! You would NEVER put up with this at home but are expected to pay for it at a hotel.

I love this hotel. We always stay here - phenomenal free breakfast (have never seen a free breakfast with so many choices not to mention all the extras) staff is awesome and welcoming - hotel is clean - great location - and if you have Bonvoy Marriott’s spp also free waters and great price

Absolutely loved it here. Staff was friendly even before we ever got there as I had questions prior to arrival. Even the maintenance person was extremely friendly as I mentioned a mild issue with shower controls and he went to get right on it. Not only would recommend but will definitely stay there again when in area!

It’s a neat and clean place. Location is good with lot of shopping and food options nearby. Rooms are clear and housekeeping is done at regular intervals. However there is always a fixed breakfast menu. There are scrambled eggs and pork option, but no chicken. There are no salads. Fruit option is limited and water bottle may not be available. Can do better on these points.

Worth 5_Star review. Not my first time stay, will continue to as needed. No complaints of service, staff or management. Room service staff were nice & very friendly. My only "complaint" observance is that my room was supposed to have a cooking element with the cold food storage, I was missing that part. No biggie, managed fine without it & had the fridge (more important).

Clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Decent continental breakfast. Nice pool. Bathrooms need updated.

I simply had one of the best experiences in all my travels while staying here. Kara, the General Mgr was Phenomenal!. My room was 5star clean. The cleaning was very respectful and gave me extra towels. Her customer service was excellent. The breakfast set was off the chain. So much more than a muffin and orange juice. I wish I could remember the young lady's name but she was Awesome! I look forward to my next trip Mooresville. Kara and her staff treats you like a client but more like a friend. Stay there and experience what I'm talking about. You wont be disappointed.

This hotel has been a favorite of our road-trip so far. Updated rooms, friendly staff, tasty hot breakfast options, great facilities like a clean outdoor pool, and fitness room. The Pizza Hut literally across the street was a major plus— we walked to pick up our order, back in the room in less than 15min, win! Didn’t like not having a microwave readily available, however, a common microwave is provided at the lobby. Semi-secluded, but feels safe. Really pretty drive to destination. Would recommend to solo travelers and families alike.

This hotel is showing it's age. Clean and furnishings are up to date. Staff is the best! Location very good!

The hotel is under remodelation and people.should know before booking . I stayed for a couples of days and I found very dirty and to much noise . They should offer diferents choice for breakfast not only eggs, sausage and potatoes. Very bad smelling next to my room.

Wonderful stay! Clean hotel, great breakfast, snacks, and coffee. Convenient to hwy, shopping and many restaurants. Fantastic customer service from all staff.

Great reception and service . Needs some updating in hallways and guest room but was clean . All lamps , clock etc were unplugged. TV was not working .Brittany was very helpful

Stopped by here for 6 days during a work related trip. Nice friendly reception staff. Rooms are nice. Not much of view out of the windows though. Will definately like to stop here next time I'm here

Our stay at Fairfield Inn Charlotte Mooresville/Lake Norman (120 Consumer Square Dr) was excellent. We were traveling with 9 family members and needed 3 rooms. We called while on the road and Brittany got us great rates, great rooms, recommended a great place for dinner. It could not have been any better. Brittany delivered excellent customer service.
