This store has the most generous staff. Caleb has always been the one to help me and he always makes the experience in the store enjoyable, he loves his job and it shows with how far he goes to please every customer. And I have a lot of respect for this store being a US Army Veteran. I'd give 4 thumbs up if I could. Definitely would recommend this store to anyone who asks. Keep up the great work guys and gals!!!

I've been to many different vape stores across NC. Custom Vapes and E-Cigs beats every shop I've ever been to. The atmosphere makes you feel at home. They always are improving their shop by bringing in the newest and best product, whether it's new juice, or new hardware. Jeremy, one of the owners is a great guy. The best employees from experience would be Austin, Taylor and Gage. You'll always leave the store satisfied if one of these guys are working. Rather than trying to "make the sale", the employees make sure that you find exactly what you need. I've never been to a store where the employees are very knowledgeable about every product. If you're looking to visit this shop, go ahead, you won't regret it! Keep up the great work guys!

The best weed now is thcA it's just as good as Denver dispensary weed and it's legal in NC and lac tested so I don't worry it's laced with fentanyl or something like the stuff on the streets. I hope they get some more strawberry cough soon tho.. it's the real sativa, everything else seems part hybrid

First off let me say I LOVE this store!! The customer service is always 💯and I have a great time every visit. I recently bought a lemon cheesecake pen by PEAK(10/10). I only hit it twice and immediately felt something. I paired it with the frozen popsicle and my whole house is clean 😂

I absolutely love this store. They have a HUGE variety provided of cbd and hemp products. My favorite brand is the Peak that Jason and Melinda suggested to me. The Lemon Cheesecake is my absolute favorite! Thank you for all your help in finding the right product for me! I will absolutely be back.

Very helpful and friendly. I had zero knowledge of what was needed to start on my first visit, a ton of questions followed by a few more, and they made it a comfortable experience. Went in to look for a certain thread type for my cartridge and I am completely clueless with these type of things. Both employees inside were wearing masks and educated me on what I was looking for and never made me feel dumb in the process. Loved the customer service!

Very nice inside. From the outside it looks a bit ghetto but inside it was super classy and well designed. They even have a bar with beer on tap. It felt like a fancy Charlotte store. The manager was super friendly and informative. And they have products I wasn’t expecting them to carry. BUT....no joke some prices were literally double what you can buy identical things from other stores in Monroe let alone online. They really need to fix this because the prices are a rip off. I honestly don’t like the use of someone being a Veteran as an advertising ploy to get people in either. I legit felt a pang of guilt like maybe I should waste twice my money because the owner is a vet. Such a a shame that a beautiful store with great stock crazy pricing on some items. Get more inline with market prices and you’d have me as a regular customer.

I have been coming to Custom Vapes for a while and I’ve never had a bad experience! Tonight I went in for juice and came out with a great mod and a lot more knowledge thanks to Joey! He really went above and beyond to explain everything to me and help me make a good purchasing decision. Sarah is helpful and friendly as well. I love the shop as well, so chill and inviting. And the pricing is definitely the best in the area!
