Sad. I'm not a fan of malls in general, but this mall used to be amazing. Clean, great stores, decent food. My visit on 6/18/22 changed all of that. Trash cans overflowing, tile floors filthy and stained, carpeted floors full of trash and paper. The bathrooms were just as filthy, reeked of urine, and had no air conditioning. People were sprawled across the public couches like they were sitting in their living rooms, some in pajamas, some in clothes so skimpy I wonder why they even bothered. I didn't feel safe the entire visit. Even the parking lots were littered and filthy. One store even had one of their entrances gated in the middle of the day to control shoplifting. Thankfully the stores I frequent there have outside entrances, so that I do not have to go into the hellscape this mall has become. Not a safe or clean place, go elsewhere.

This is the place for great shopping and entertainment. This is a great "Mills" mall just like Gurnee Mills in Chicago, Sugarloaf Mills in Atlanta, Arundel Mills & Potomac Mills in DC/Balitmore, Ontario Mills in L.A.-area, and the several others. Not upscale shopping, but great for the average person to enjoy themselves.

Came here while on vacation to shop, very nice mall and great food court options. There is really a store for everyone and it’s good in the winter to be able to shop indoors. This mall is also a true outlet and I got some great sales while here at pacsun, vineyard vines, American eagle and Aeropostale. The outdoor world/bass pro shop is also giant and has lots of things to shop for. I’d definitely come back if in this area again.

This is one of the worst and most run down shopping centers I have ever been to. The stores are piled high with worthless items and nothing anyone would want. The kiosks make everything uncomfortable because they haress you for money. There is a very ghetto feel here and there have been quite a few people including innocent bystanders shot. If you don't want to expose your family to violence I suggest not coming here.

It's been a while since I visited this mall. I got here bright and early around 9 am and met up with some friends for some Angel Tree Christmas shopping. They have a lot of stores and different then what I remember. They have a Burlington, Books-A-Million, VS, Bath & Body works, Shoe stores, AMC, Old Navy, and a bunch of other regular retail stores. They had a lot of sales still going on for Christmas and we were able to find a lot of our gifts in about 3 stores. The mall was very clean when we arrived and, of course, empty on a Wednesday morning, which was awesome as their were no wait times, and we were able to go in and get out fast. They have a beautiful carousel in the middle of the food court, which is $5 per ride. I don't often come to this mall as it is further away from me, but when I do come, I have a pleasant experience and find all the stores that I need. It's a big mall with PLENTY of parking to choose from.

Usually a nice mall to go to but during the COVID pandemic they have shut down a number of rest rooms and the one that is open near the food court has no soap whatsoever. Signs are placed everywhere to wear a face covering but I guess mall management missed the whole wash your hands section from the CDC.

Strictly for the mall itself. It does have a good selection of stores, however, the bathrooms are disaster zones and hotter than a kitchen in the summer. There needs to be more emphasis on keeping it clean. Also evey single soap dispenser was completely empty. The mall needs to maybe invest in making the experience more pleasurable for the shopper. I don't think anyone else wants to see what I saw so there are no.picture attached.

I love this mall! It's like a small village and always gives me happy vibes. I have only one complaint, that normally wasn't an issue. I visited two different men bathrooms and the no touch faucet and soap dispensers were non-working. It seemed to be the case with the women's bathrooms as well, because my lady and daughter, expressed the same issue. Still, I didn't take any stars away for this issue, as I'm confident the mall will correct it .

Nice, lively mall, it’s definitely not one of those half dead places. However it’s huge and can be very overwhelming. They finally got a Starbucks which is nice. There’s something there for about anyone. The reason for three stars is that if you go on a weekend evening the bathrooms are filthy and it’s full of rude people. It literally feels unsafe and their security looks pathetic. My little mall in my hometown, even Walmart, usually has a police officer around. I have never seen one at concord mills, not inside at least. And last night we had to leave the movie theater because people were fighting 3/4 of the way through the movie and scared my kid. If this happened about anywhere else I’ve lived the cops would have been there immediately. I never even saw security go in the theater. The staff were nice and gave us a refund but my advice is if you wanna come here go during a weekday or early on the weekend and be out by 3. Sketchy place when it’s busy.

Allowing a maskless dinner in the food court, and maskless groups of shoppers while hospitals are overflowing with COVID patients? Abject greed, callous selfishness. That is y’all’s legacy.

Amazing with lot of stores. Food pavilion is clean vast with many eating choices. The carousel 🎠 is a lovely amusement for kids cost $4 per single ride, less for extended rides. Vending machines are tapped. My debit card was skimmed and subject to fraud. Vending machine on entrance .closest to the door, to the right

If you want great deals, this is the place to come to. Lots of outlet stores with killer sales. The mall is huge so be sure to wear comfortable shoes because you’ll be doing a lot of walking. Between the shopping experience, the variety of stores and the wide restaurants options in the area, this is a top destination for entertainment / shopping in Charlotte. There is a store for everyone here, even people who are into model trains! If you wanna get a tattoo, you can do that to!

Big mall with lots of stores, however 5 it 6 stores all sell the same things such as; Hot Topic, Spencer’s Gifts and more. Bathrooms are difficult to find and there are no signs directing you to restrooms. Large food court with lots of choices. Mall is very clean & modern.

I decided to take a little road trip to visit a friend for her 40th birthday. So I decided to stop and visit one of the local malls. Safety 1st. I must say very very busy for it to be in the middle of a pandemic. However kudos to everyone for keeping their distance and wearing their mask. I must say one shop here really caught my eye. These apples were better than the state fairs. I know where to go.

Simon Property Group is completely tone deaf on safety at this mall: - Armed men fighting at the mall? (November 2020) No comment from Simon. - Teens "run amok" through mall? (July 2019, August 2020, November 2020) No comment from Simon. - Robberies in parking lot? (January 2020) No comment from Simon. - 3 shot, 1 fatally? (December 2019) No comment from Simon. - ACTUAL meth lab in the mall!? (2014) ACTUAL "NO COMMENT" from Simon. Now we're building a flyover bridge into the mall. I guess this is so emergency services can get to the crime scenes faster. If you're a fan of mayhem or just a siren enthusiast, this is the mall for you.

Nice location, great variety of stores but be prepared to be haggled by the kiosk workers, even after you say no they will run you down! And be prepared to fight for a parking spot or wait for 30 minutes unless your one of those people who like to park at the back of the lot. Overall it’s in a good area and quick drive from my house.

Visited Concord Mills for the first time in several months and was greeted at the entrance by security. One of the first signs visible is that young people of certain age must be accompanied by their parents. Gone are the days of just dropping them off and hoping for the best. Also, there were Concord police presence walking around, including K9. This securing of this mall investment is appreciated as there are numerous stores, restaurants and other activities that will draw families to visit and the need for feeling safe is important. Only issue is the mall closes at 8 so getting there earlier is imperative to do and see everything. Also, walking the mall is equivalent to approx 2.5 miles around (😀mall walkers)

Great mall with tons of options. Security was very present and available upon entry monitoring underage teens attempting to enter without an over 18 parent or guardian. No dropping kids off here. Lots of options in this mall in terms of clothing and food as well. There was a Dave and busters was directly on site in the mall. You can spend a lot of hours and money at this mall if you so desire. 💸🤑 Note: There is a tax on clothing for those like us not used to it in our state.

At Concord Mills there is something for everyone. From Disney and LEGO to H&M and Guess- every ago group is covered. Very clean. Lots of shopping and restaurants. A side note during COVID- there are lines outside most stores as they are not operating at full capacity. Also, check the return policy because Nike is “all sales final” right now.

Been here a hundred times over the past 6 years. Great place with all the staples of a mall and more. It's amazingly still thriving even during COVID (safely) and just the downturn in malls in general. Very clean, modern, and friendly overall. Some questionable characters from time to time but everywhere has their fair share of that. Never once felt "unsafe".

I’m been coming to this mall for over 20 years. It’s still one of my favorite mall’s in the area. With the recent crimes taking place at locations such as this. It’s good to see the added security. But I only saw security at the main entrances. Which left store and service entrances unguarded. This being a main tourist attraction, maybe we’ll see more security measures in the future.

I love my grungy style and am a goth by nature, so it was really comforting to see other people with similar styles around the mall as well. I absolutely loved the anime stores as well as my style of apparel stores, that being said, they had a plethora of other choices AND THEY HAVE A MECH ARENA FOR YOUR KIDS TO GET IN BIG ROBOTS!!! The theater was pretty good as well, it's definitely an overall great experience on here, most definitely would recommend in a heartbeat!!.

So, I wasn't expecting to buy this. 🙄 The guy wanted to demonstrate his product on my shoes. So, I agreed to let him. I was impressed but, again I wasn't there for that. Eventually, I gave in because I wanted to help support the small business. It's called, " Refreshed Shoe Cleaner located on the other side (Gate 6)of mall. He was nice &, professional. It cleans ONLY the white surface (all fabrics) of the shoes. So, whether it's canvas, rubber, etc... It's definitely works it's magic as promised. He originally wad trying to sell it to me for $45 but he gave it to me for $35 (saved $10). The box can last you for awhile (depending of the amount of usage or white shoes you have). Overall, I think I did pretty well with investing in this product. So, if you're looking for a really great & promising product to remove those yellow stains after laundry; that can't seem to dissolve... TRY THIS! *Thank me later* 🙂

What a beautiful mall! There are many malls across the country that are shutting down, and being let go. But this place is like going on a vacation. Hundreds of stores fully staffed, and it is super clean. Everything from Fashion to Bass Pro shop all in one place. A shout out to the management, and to the custodial team! Super clean every where you walk, even in the food court. So much diversity of people shopping and having fun. It was nice to see police and security present helping to make it a safe place. One of the best malls in the country right now. A DREAM MALL

We love some of the stores here and I take my daughter regularly as a special treat. It’s a very big mall to walk and takes a long time to get all the way around if you’re going into the stores, shopping (not a bad thing). The only star deduction is from things getting a little too wild at times. From car shows that take up several hundreds of parking places and people doing burnouts and donuts and police having to be called, to some increase in shoplifting and police officers chasing the thieves. Not the scene I want to be around with my 6 yo daughter!
