Dr Kelling is an amazing doctor and always answers my questions/concerns. When needed he is quick to refer to specialists or direct for the appropriate tests /labwork. So glad that instead of retirement this knowledgeable brilliant doctor is still caring for us in Concord. Absolutely the best doctor who in years past when he was in charge of hiring, brought in the best PAs & MDs. Many of those excellent PAs are sorely missed.

Doctors and front staff are always wonderful and extremely helpful. Prescription refills can take some time.

Dr. Rackoff and I go way back. I trust no other with my Healthcare. I pass his cards out like free candy. His intelligence surpasses a lot of doctors in specialty fields. Kind and knowledgeable!

I was with this group before but my doctor moved and I went with him. Now he as moved again and it is to far to go. So I have come back. My experience was wonderful. I was wanting to change my diabetes medication and they were be helpful in making this happen. Dr.Kuprenas explained everything I needed to know about the product and helped me make my decision.

Everyone is so helpful and caring , takes time to listen to your needs. They go out of their way to make sure patients are safe and comfortable and are very professional in all aspects of your care. I trust them 100% with my healthcare needs.

I have been seeing Dr McMurray for 38 Years. I see Him in Medical Arts Internal Medicine. I am Treated as Family there and Highly Recommend them to Family and Friends. I have always been able to get in when I have to see a Dr. I feel Comfortable going there for Anything. Very Clean Facility and Patients are #1. I would give them 10 Stars if Available. Experience with Carolina Internal Medicine was excellent as it is always. Problems exist with Atrium centralized billing. Wait times to speak with someone to assist you is staggering. If you wait long enough you will be automatically transferred to a voice mail so you can leave a message. The voice mail says you will get a call back with 48 hours.....not so. I left a message a week ago and no callback. I placed another call and decided to wait however long it took to speak to a person. That person told me my insurance did not cover the charged item in question. My response was that I had already contacted my insurance and was told it was covered just billed incorrectly. I informed the Atrium person and this and she stuck to her first response that the charge was not covered by my insurance. Called my insurance people back and they had to call Atrium billing office and straighten it all out. The billing personnel are pleasant and polite but know NOTHING ! They are trained to give you the standard answer and then get rid of you quickly so as to pick up the next call so that there wait times won't appear excessive to their administration. Patients did not have this problem with the prior NorthEast Medical Center.

I'm never disappointed when visiting with Dr. Montana M. Poe. Always patient, thorough, and pleasant, even on a busy day. Thankful and fortunate to have Dr. Montana M. Poe as my doctor.

Polite. Knowledge ble. Gives you the time you need. Check in is easy. Doctors seem very interested in your medical problem and helping to treat it. Overall very nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a PCP.

Dr Rackoff is in excellent doctor of internal medicine. He has been my primary doctor for over a decade. He listens and is very thorough. I am very pleased with him and his staff.

Although I couldn’t see my primary doctor I saw Dr McMurry. He was very nice and helpful with my needs. His nurse was outstanding.

Dr. Maryam Hamid is the best primary care doctor, I have been to. She is professional, caring, thorough, explains what you need to know, and listens to you. I am thankful I found her and would highly recommend her! The nurse and staff are friendly and caring.

My visit with Dr. Wheeless the other day was a awesome as the others. He knows how to gently get on to me when I'm not always being as compliant as needed, but he's also my biggest cheerleader and tells me how proud he is of me when I do meet my goals. He works closely with my other physician's to make sure I'm getting the best care possible. If your looking for a Primary Care doctor he is wonderful.

Dr . Wheless has been my PCP for approximately 32 years and he has been the only one who knows how to treat my high blood pressure . He takes his time , gets to really know his patients and listens . I highly recommend him and the entire practice!

I've been a patient of Dr. Rackoff's for more than 15 years. He is a great doctor! He cares about his patients. I found him to be very cautious when making a diagnosis. He goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the diagnosis and provide the care you need. I have been very happy with his service. Appointments are reasonably available. Office staff is friendly and concerning.

Concord internal medicine is the best. Been seeing Dr Kelling for many years. He cares about his patients and is very thorough. If he thinks you need a specialists he will refer you to one. He is also very cautious about billing and if you have a problem (from his services) he will check it out for you. I know one day he will retire but I hope he is there many more years. We need more physicians like him.

Repeated billing problem with Atrium. Have contacted primary care physician through online system and my complaint has been shuffled/ignored. Atrium is charging a physician other than my primary care physician resulting in an extra $20 charge to me. I must see doctor monthly so this means $240/year extra. No phone number to call to complain!!!
