Ms. Erika was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I am getting my first salon suite after getting my license and she walked me through the process every step of the way. I was a nervous wreck looking for my first business location, so I know I was annoying but Erika was patient with me answering all my questions and keeping me updated on the process which was quick and easy with the help of Erika. I would different recommend Souder Properties.

For the past two months I have been calling emailing and calling Ericka about my needed space. Im sure I drove her crazy however she always gave me the gave several locations to go view. The first location I visited wound up being my choice… The process was easy and not complicated like other places I visited. Not only that, my request for some changes to the space were done in a timely manner and trust and believe thats rare that you get that elsewhere.. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. As a previous tenant and reading the reviews it’s all a lie! I have text and email to prove it. December 2022 I emailed, called and texted Erika to let her know I would not be renewing my lease and I would be moving out earlier (literally 28 days before lease end) well as of 2/16/23 it hasn’t been communicated to the billing department that I’m no longer there as of 1/31/23. Still have a balance in my portal, charged a late fee and Mark called talking about my balance. Every time I text Erika because she will not answer now she gives me an excuse that “they are extremely business” DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME unless you’re looking for cheap outdated suites.

Erika Gordon is extremely helpful and responsive to me as a tenant. Along with a well maintained building, Erika and the maintenance staff give me little reason to move my office to another location. I couldn’t be any happier in this building.

If I could give these crooks a minus 10 I would ! These are the worst people in the world to rent from! The rent is cheap and now I understand why! They will not fix anything and if they do , they will find a way to charge the tenant! It rains inside the building every time it rains, They are nasty and try to belittle the tenants, the building is dirty, nasty has an order and unsafe They don’t care about nothing but the rent!!!!!! I am not a tenant but I am a customer! The floors are filthy and bathrooms are disgusting as well!

Erica was so helpful and patient in finding me the perfect suite for me. She was very professional and always responded swiftly and we were able to get me in suite in less than 2 weeks, don’t know what I would have done without her! Thanks Erica.
