Very poor, they need only sales , they have no time in dealing with customer. Service 👎

The executive was quite good and supportive. Explained all the features. Initially they the vehicle will be delivered within 3 months...but got it delivered within a month.

Took Ather 450x for my sister, good bike getting an average range of 100 kilometre on 50 to 60 km speed. If we drive the bike at 70 to 80 we will get 80 Km range. The sales staff behaviour was nice . But compared to other two wheeler/ car showrooms the sales persons were not eager to sell the bike.. no follow ups after enquiry or no reply to the offers requested by us. I met the employees in coimbatore Ather also but they seem to be more active .

Went for a test ride. A great spot to buy EV. The staffs are well trained and informed of all the things related to the product, they professionally handle things.

This is the one of the worst Showrooms of Ather, NEVER EVER buy a scooter from here, the service is non existent, the service people are scammers who will scam you to death, Please avoid, Try thrissur or coimbatore much better.
