    This is just my experience: You can apply for any govt Id card and documents, but nothing is for free. ( I am not talking about govt charges, but extra charges that everyone will face). At every stage,there is a scam(portion of money) No process described for the Newbies. One suggestion, get some extra money than you expect. Irony is, I also feel this not the only Taluk office where such things happen If the process was online, everything will be good.
