You just have to download and install kmc hospitals app. You can choose the department and time slot from the app. Don't forget to keep the UHID given during booking. It is the reference for hospital staff. Payment can be done online or offline. Cash, card, upi payments are accepted. They have token system for medical store, which makes it easier to buy medicines.There is discounts on medicine if you have health card of kmc hospital. Parking at the hospital is always full, hospital has seperate parking area located few meters far from the hospital which is not inside the hospital premises. Vast amount of space available for parking there with security.

Kmc This hospital is well known for its name in the city.. They have also newly built luxury speciality hospital which only looks luxury but service or the hospitality which they which serve are not upto mark.. I am highly disappointed with this hospital.. The doctor who had done the surgery didn't bother to visit his patient after surgery... Nurses are least bothered very minimal visit.. This is more like a business rather than hospital service, as soon you admit here first thing they ask is do u have insurance and then bill runs accordingly.. There is no proper parking space available.. 1 thing that I liked is based on the feedback that I have submitted they contacted me and provided a proper justification..

The best maternity hospital i can say.. Dr. Sameena is the best doctor (gynaecologist), she took care of my sister even after her delivery,she kept visiting and asking regarding her health and gave positive thoughts towards her. The nurse there was really kind and very friendly.. They kept saying positive things to my sister and i could say nobody would do this.. highly recommended place for any maternity care, all are really friendly and takes care of you until you discharge..

As I get ready to head back to the US, I cannot help but reflect on how amazing my experience has been at the KMC hospital. I arrived about 10 days ago to help my mom with her knee replacement surgery. I didn't know what to expect and I had a LOT of questions. All of my concerns went away when I met Dr Yogeesh Kamat and his exceptional team at the KMC Hospital, Jyoti Circle, Tower 2, 5th Floor. To say that Dr Yogeesh Kamat and his team are exceptional would be an understatement. I was so impressed by the entire team and their dedication to their work and their patients. Dr Kamat really sets the tone for how to treat his patients with the right mix of medical expertise, pragmatism, empathy and compassion. It is rare to see empathy and compassion in action in a medical facility but Dr Kamat and his team live by example each day. I strongly believe that my mom's hospital stay and recovery was a tremendous success because of this. Everyone from Dr Kamat to his exceptional team including Dr Fawas, Dr Biswas, his fantastic physio team, the most incredible nursing staff led by Janet, the dedicated house keeping staff were always available to us and there to meet our needs. We didn't for a moment feel like we were in a cold hospital environment. The atmosphere on the 5th floor of tower 2 can be best described as joyous and vibrant despite hosting many patients recovering post surgery. Dr Kamat, Dr Fawas, Dr Biswas, Dr Srinath Shetty would visit us every day to ensure my mom was on the path to recovery. Every evening, the recovering patients would meet in the hallway for a friendly contest of who can walk the farthest in return for a coffee at Taj Mahal (obviously a joke but nevertheless served as a great motivator), lots of friendly banter and lots of laughs. Dr Biswas, Dr Prateeksha, Dr Tenzing, Dr Aaron and so many more in the physio team are responsible for mom's swift recovery. I couldn't believe that they had her walking in just a couple of days. Janet and the entire nursing team were exceptional. We can't thank you enough for your exceptional service. Thank you Janet, Gita, Pavitra P, Sujothi, Tara, Shaila, Deeksha, Mona Lisa, Kavyashree, Mary, Somwya, Pavotra K, Prajnya, Vandana. And finally, a very special mention to the ladies with a lot of heart, the housekeeping staff of the 5th floor, Tower 2! Chadrakka, Poornimakka and Shaliniakka. You ladies were so kind, compassionate to my mom. My mom is not one to ask anyone for help but you made it so easy for her to seek that help and be ok with receiving it. But I commend you for your undying dedication to the work you do and for showing up every day to help the patients in need. You demonstrate every day the value of putting in your best effort without worrying about getting any rewards or recognition. Had a good experience in women and child clinic in KMC Hospital. My journey from pregnancy to mother began over here. Dr Deepak Shedde is god sent angel 😇 on earth. Best gynecologist I have ever seen. He makes our dream come true. Experience in the hospital was the good. Life's difficult stage of being a mother is made so easy with the help of Doctor nurses n staff. I was so scared of c-section n how will I handle such a big stage of my life. But everyone here made it so easy that I still can't belive. Everything went on with so ease that m a happy mother with good experience of my delivery. Sister sheeba amitha nayana usha bhuvana n all the sisters in the ward, OT n ICU were so friendly I felt I was at home. Nisha apoorva , mahima n other staff made all process so simple n took care of me like a family member. There is lot of thing we have to learn being a new mom wt we have to learn from family n already been mom's. But here in kmc Everything they will teach us how to breast feed our baby n also get ourselves relaxed from yoga , one to one care by sisters. How to forget the housekeeping staff. Akka take care off us so well they gv warm water bath n take care of all other requirements. Security staff assistance in valley parking is the best when ever to come to hospital. I'm the client of this hospital since last two years and got admitted my wife for the necessary treatments 5 - 6 times during these period. Each time we had to stay at hospital around 3 - 4 weeks and have noticed thehouse keeping staff are very sincere and hard working. They always provide a quality service and timely support as per the needs of the patient . I'm very happy and fully satisfied by their work at all the time.

I had undergone surgery for my humerus fracture. Experience was really good, Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Rajendra sir was really kind and understanding.. I had undergone 2 surgery one for humerus fracture fixation and then for implant removal. Overall experience was quite hassle free...all the staff are quite polite and always available for help...

Comming to over all sevice in KMC i must say that the gynaecology department and pediatrics department is the most cleanest and has friendly doctors and service.. also when we take appointment for consultation the wait period is too long and the consultation will not happen on time as the doctors will come at their own time. We went for the second pregnancy. The delivery was taken up by the obg doctor, Dr. Deepak shedde. He was really supportive and was doing the entire process by himself with the help of the nursing staffs. He wanted me to be there along with my wife, which is again an amazing experience. The room, the services, food and room services were all upto the mark. The stay was expensive but worth the service. I recommend Dr. Deepak shedde as well as kmc for the wonderful experience.

Very well maintained hospital with all required facilities. Highly hygienic and perfectly organized environment. Efficient Doctors and Cordial staff who makes you feel comfortable and well attended always. The staffs share a good rapport with all patients individually which gives you a sense of relief in a hospital environment. My only suggestion is that canteen facilities can be improved a bit more.

My Sister ( Pooja) delivered a healthy baby here after 9 months of consultation and support by Dr Sameena H. Excellent hospital with friendly and approachable doctors and staffs. I have been to Urology and Orthopedics department for a check up and I am impressed. I didn't have to wait even for a minute!(maybe because I booked the slot online) But there was a problem. I had booked a video consultation and the consultation was not done because the doctor was doing emergency surgery. The problem is no one informed me about this. I had to call and wait for long time to know why the consultation is not being done.

Warm welcome and prompt assistance by reception staff. All nurses and attendants were polite, well trained at what they do. Results in the reports were accurate and received within 3 hours. Doctors spent enough time to explain although there was huge waiting time in Cardio, Urology departments.

Extremely good experience at KMC Vaccination Centre on the 11th Floor. Professional Staff guide you end to end. Whenever stocks available, you are given a choice between the two vaccines. Great care taken to prevent transmissions (Check the picture for operating lift buttons) as you would expect from one of the best facilities. All instructions are patiently given to every person who is vaccinated. Absolutely top-notch services. Vaccine price per dose is the mandated 250/- Ideally, call in to ensure availability of appointments/stocks.

For the delivery of my first born, I chose to go with KMC Jyoti. The experience was very good. The nurses and doctors were quite experienced and ensured I was taken care of really well. The staff also treated us very kindly and overall I had a very nice experience at the maternity hospital. Also I would like to mention this maternity wing did not have a covid ward which was a sign of relief. I would strongly recommend this hospital to anyone who is looking for excellent service and safe delivery options especially during this pandemic.

On 20th November my wife was admitted and from that day till her discharge, all the Nurses, housekeeping, and the whole team of the Maternity Ward on the 10th and 11 floors were supportive, skilled, and took the utmost care of the mother and the baby. Being a preemie, the baby required special attention and regular feeding, and being a first-time parent it was difficult to handle the baby. However, the whole team of Nursing staff was kind enough to show us the right way to take care of the baby throughout the day and night. Hospitals provide a Breastfeeding and a yoga consultation which is highly recommended for first-time parents. Dr. Deepak Shedde is best at what he does and he is the Dr.Cool and supports both the mother and the family throughout the pregnancy journey. Dr. Pundalik Baliga is very friendly and helped monitor fetal growth with regular follow-up scans throughout the pregnancy journey. Again, I would like to thank Nisha, Yashmin, Shiba, Tina, Triveni, Ashwitha, Rajini, and the entire OBG department for the excellent treatment and professional service provided throughout. Last but not least the Insurance team was informative and helped us with the hassle-free experience from the admission till the payment.

I had recently used services of KMC Microbiology and MRI labs for my son's illness diagnosis. KMC lab is well equipped and served by highly professional staff. They are one of the very few who perform acid fast bacilli culture test. They also helped in getting sensitivity test which helped our doctor to diagnose and provide effective treatment. Our special thanks to Ms. Jesintha of microbiology lab and Mr. Francis of MRI department for their extended help. We hope entire team of KMC are equally dedicated like them and serve mankind.

I delivered my baby girl in KMC Jyothi and it was the most memorable moment of my life. My gynaecologist Dr. Deepak shedde is the best doctor I came across. The hospital stay was very comfortable as the staffs were really cooperative, friendly and had a homely experience. Housekeeping was very well maintained.

My father had his Appendix surgery done from KMC hospital Jyothi. It was a complex case which was handled really well by Dr Satyanarayan. He provided us the right medication and advice before and post surgery which helped us a lot. Good care provided by the staff and nurses as well. Moksha was our patient coordinator who was really helpful and followed up everyday.

Very organized and good hospital. My review is based on 1 wk in-patient experience at the hospital. Treatment is good and effective, cost of treatment is lil high. It has State of the art facilities. Wards are maintained neat and clean. Staff are courteous and supportive. Doctors are brilliant. Food inside is below average. Vehicle Parking space is cramped. Overall I would recommend this hospital.

My bro had been admitted here second time and staff had been extremely good and helpful.Sister Gladys and Sister Amulya have been very helpful and kind and must be rewarded ,also the other nurses were too good with their approach towards us this time. My bro was under treatment of Dr Muralidhar Pai who was extremely good with the check ups and treatment . He is very kind and approachable towards all his patients and takes care of them very nicely. He doesn't miss a single round to all wards although he has a busy day with surgery. Dr Chakrapani sir was very nice and he guided us with all medicines day to day. He is very helpful. Also Felcy sister from day care was very kind and helpful and helped us in every way possible. Everyone I met this time were so helpful . I got admitted here for covid19 on may 13th 2021, The treatment was very good, excellent team of Doctors, Nursing staff and house keeping staff, special thanks to Dr Basavaprabhu, Dr Irfan and all Nurses who treated me. My mother had her knee replacement surgery here. The entire process was smooth, right from OPD, Admission and the surgery. They have a dedicated relationship officer assigned to you that makes dealing with such a big hospital real easy. Dr. Yogesh (Orthopedic Surgeon) is one of the few Indian doctors I have come across who is friendly and makes you feel at ease. He is also a top notch surgeon ! I will Highly recommend him to anyone having Knee issues. I would have given the hospital 5* but decided to cut one star because of the facilities (lack)...1. Like all Indian buildings, parking is a problem. You have to depend on Valet parking which can be a nuisance if you need to make multiple visits. 2. Hospital beds are not motorized, so the patient has to depend on others for any adjustment. Since they charge so much I would expect the special room beds to be motorized. 3. The cable TV channels options are limited even for special room ! This is really cheap from the hospital !! It is so boring, how does one kill time ??. Why can't they provide channels on demand ?? 4. The check out process can be better, rather than going down to the billing section why can't it be done in the room itself, just like the check in process. 5. Lastly, for the hospital of this size it needs a better cafeteria !

Great service as we had gone for a family health check up. Arathi and her team who takes care of the department is always at your service with a smile.. Never felt like we were in a hospital,very comfortable with all departments. Keep up the SMILE...

It was wonderful experience with the team and especially Dr.Haroon who took care of me and treated me with best of his effort and commitment. He.just did not treat medically but kept my spirits high and gave me confidence. It was very necessary for.me to come out of trauma and shock. I thank Dr.Haroon and I strongly recommend him. The staff were great, the receptionist the nurse and the support staff. Quick service, very professional and I was able to see all the requested doctors without any delay. Keep up the great work. Only felt that as the beautiful maintained floors the ground floor or reception area too needs to be renovated specially outside the lift for patients and visitors. I would like to thank KMC hospital from the Bottom of my heart .My mom (Gracy Mascarenhas)had to undergo major brain surgery .Dr Muralidhar Pai(Neurosurgeon) took care of my mom from the day 1 ,he instilled so much confidence and courage in her and prepared her for this procedure . We whole family is indebted to Dr Muralidhar Pai for the amazing service and help he offered to us throughout our treatment period of 22 days . No words to thank him. The surgery took almost 16 hours and it was done successfully though our mom had other complications previously .We saw a wonderful human being in him beyond being a doctor . also Thanks to Dr Mayur Kamath ,Dr Sindhu Kamath,Dr Manish,Dr Chakrapani and great words of appreciation to Dr Rammoorthi Rao(Anaesthetist). All the doctors worked as one team focusing on best patient outcome.Also we extend our thanks to Resident and PG doctors of Neurosurgery team. Thanks to all the Physiotherapy team,nurses ,PCC And Support staff including lift operating staff of 7th floor inpatient department .We pray to god to bless all these amazing souls so that they provide their same best care to all other patients as well.We highly Recommend KMC hospital.When ever you think of Neurosurgery think of Dr Muralidhar Pai .
