It was a great experience riding with Royal Brothers vehicles. We had booked 2 Dios for 2 days. Vehicles were well maintained. Even the team coordinated very well. Riding in ghat sections was one amazing experience! In case if you think of traveling to Coorg and don't have much idea about places, they will even guide you with that.

Worst Behaviour by the owner Deepu Ganapathy. Vehicles were in bad condition. Treating customers very badly. Strict Action needs to be taken on him.

I don’t recommend this bike rentals to anyone, very rude and unprofessional- the incharge Deepu Ganapathy, was about to hit me and my friends as we asked to give a decent and working bike. The incharge Deepu started shouting at us and told he will not give the bike, started to abuse us and when we asked for the refund, he was about to hit us. As we didn’t know anything else to do, we left the location and mailed Royal Brothers about the issue, and raised the complaint. Worst management and completely unsafe.

One of the worst experiences at Royal Brothers, Kushalnagar, Coorg. We have waited to get the bike for nearly 45 minutes, the bike was handed over to us in a bad condition, when we requested to give another bike, the incharge Deepu Ganapathy, was about to hit us and told, and pushed us away to get out- was abusing us, threw things at us. We asked him for refund for which he started shouting again, and left the place. We didn’t know what to do, and were left helpless. One of the worst situation, being a woman I felt very unsafe at this place, and I was very sure if I would have been hit & hurt, if I didn’t leave the place immediately.

Worst behaviour by the owner and the vehicles were in the worst condition. The cost may be less but the scooty and bikes were also less maintained hectic situations faced by us so please better yu choose other bike rentals over this it may be trusted but not in kushal nagara

Very worst experience ever i had there! The supervisor was very rude and disrespectful when we asked to check the condition of the vehicle whether everything is okay ! He was literally shouting at us without any reason and he was about to hit us also. Actually we were 4 people , we went clueless and we don’t know what to do next and we just walked out from there considering our safety! I would not recommend this place for rental bike in Kushalanagar. Please don’t! Thanks.

We rented a two wheeler from Royal brothers. We had the chance to interact with the most humble people who guided us on various activities & places to visit in Coorg. They even helped us securely keep our luggage at their office till our check-in (very generous of them). Very friendly and hospitable staff. And their bike was our perfect companion for the entire week of our trip!

Is was a great experience remembering without royal brother's, I highly doubt that I would be able to wander freely in the hills.The maintenance manageability ,cooperation of staff..everything was perfect. I will definitely visit your royal brother's. Thans for the making my trip so awesome.
