The staff are good and your testings will be conducted fast. One drawback is that for "Echo" you need to go in a particular timing in evening which means if you go early morning for the tests, only for that particular test you may need to visit again in the evening as well as the waiting time of consultant doctor is bit more. You need to have patience since the doctor is also good in going through the reports.

Very late service, very bad front office handler & billing. Have come for MRI, hopefully will get the reports at the earliest. The way you get the answers for the questions is worse than a government department, be prepared for the worst service.

Be ready for lot of waiting, Even when patients are less. Some of the staff are not courteous, But the doctors are good, Accurate and detailed reports.

Worst service ever received..even got printed wrong name on my lab reports.waited so long to change that I could have got fix my broken bone in that time.

Worst service, Nobody is alive there to receive the call, even by chance if they receive will tell you to hang up for a second and will not respond even after half an hour.

The lab technician who came home for blood test was good. But at the diagnostic centre,the receptionist,the technicians who did x ray , ECG,scanning, everyone was rude and in a hurry. They're worse than govt hospital in their indifferent attitude. At the scanning,the technicians keep chatting about food, their colleagues etc while doing their work. Very pathetic and I definitely will not be going there again. All the good stars given by others are not genuine Iam sure

Very bad and not staffs and service in this centre I went to this lab first they collected money from us and said waited 15 min however i waited 4 hours then dr came and scan i wasted my time my one day I stayed in mysore room rest because I m came from bylakuppe then again next moring I consult my dr totally wasted time and money

Worst experience On 23rd of January took appointment for brain mri by paying 6500/-, later on the same day I cancelled the appointment and requested for refund. Till date there is no proper response from them, and they are asking to wait for indefinite time to get refund.

Good service. Did a full health checkup. Helpful technicians and staff. Had a good experience here. Srivasa P was so supportive and was with me for the entire procedure. Thanks to Dr. Nikhil for helpful suggestions in my lifestyle.

Staff needs to be more responsible. Definitely not time sensitive. They give very lame excuses and keep the patients waiting for hours!!!!

One of the worst diagnostic centre I have come across. The report will be given only once the the patient is dead. My report was supposed to be ready after three days of issuing the sample. But still, after a week, I haven't got the report. Day by day the quality of the lab is deteriorating. I had a very good hopes on this diagnostic centre but its all fake. They don't even respect patient's emotions. Even a single star is not worth.

Had the WORST experience at this place. My experience at this lab was extremely frustrating. They initially drew my blood and due to their mistake in its transportation, there was a need for a repeat procedure. To make matters worse, they took additional TWO WEEKS to deliver the test report, which was supposed to be available in just four days. Throughout this ordeal, we had to constantly call and chase them for updates, but their communication was inadequate and unresponsive. I strongly advise against choosing this facility for any services. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS LAB FOR ANY SERVICES! I would give no stars if that option was available here.
