NH91: Terrible Service and Unprofessional Staff Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Review: I recently had the unfortunate experience of hosting an event at NH91, and I must say that it was an absolute disappointment. The service provided by the hotel was nothing short of pathetic. Firstly, the air conditioning in the venue was not functioning properly. This was a major issue, as it made the entire event extremely uncomfortable for all attendees. Despite notifying the staff about the problem, no immediate action was taken to rectify the situation. It was incredibly frustrating to see such negligence from the hotel management. Moreover, the behavior of the staff and the hotel owner was completely unacceptable. They displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy towards guests. Their indifferent attitude and dismissive responses to our concerns only added to our frustration. It is disheartening to see such disrespectful behavior from a hotel that claims to provide quality service. In addition to the AC issues and the unprofessional staff, the overall cleanliness of the premises was also subpar. The lack of maintenance was evident in various areas of the hotel, further contributing to our unpleasant experience. Based on my encounter with NH91, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay or event. The combination of malfunctioning air conditioning, unprofessional staff, and poor maintenance makes it evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. I hope that the management of NH91 takes this review seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests. However, until significant changes are made, I would strongly advise against considering this hotel for any event or accommodation needs.

This place is near to IIT Kanpur so it's always a preferred resturant for us. . We ordered Keema Naan, Kadhai Ghost, Paneer Pulav, Dal Makkhani, Tandoori Roti, Paneer Masala. . Keema Naan: It is really upsetting to see how they reduced the quality of the keema naan. 6-7 months ago we once ordered it. That time it was so delicious. Now, we hardly find keema inside it, moreover, there was plenty of chopped green chillies which was too much. . Kadhai Ghost: It was so good. It looks spicy but actually it was not. The meat was so juicy and tender that it almost melted in mouth. It was well seasoned and overall this was a great dish. . Paneer Pulav: It was also really good. Just it lacks the actual aroma of a pulav. . Dal Makkhani: It was a bit sweet and seems they put much amount of cream which completely overpowered the actual taste. . It's a awesome three in one place like it has bar in the basement ,restraunt on ground floor and a party hall at 1st floor. Food was also quite good there.

This is amazing place to dine in 👍 on front you can see sitting area there you can have food but in basement there is also a eating area and dj so you can dance and enjoy as well. And person serving there was also wearing masks had a great time there. But the sahi paneer and malai kofta were too sweet other wise all the food was amazing. Link noodles mixed veg , paneer tikka.

It was a bit late for dinner and it was nearing the wind up time, still managed to have a quick n delightful full dinner. Prompt service at the restaurant. Food was fresh and nicely prepared and presented. Thanks 🙏

Fresh food. Food is very delicious. When you order menu they make certainly on that time. High rated but mostly very nice food. It all time opens but after evening here a little crowd apper. All customer are receive through their own car, no amount is charged for this.

I am living in IIT and this place is near to me. This is my third experience with my family which is WORST and BAD. I ordered Manchow soup, chicken lollipop, honeychilli potato, chicken bangladeshi, paneer rara and Butter nan. 1. Manchow Soup- Too bad taste as lots of mushroom and spring onion was present. my family left full bowl after tasting 1 spoon. Too bad. 2. Chicken lollipop- Taste good. flavor is fine. 3. Honey chilli potato- Taste good and satisfied. 4. Chicken bangladeshi- Not good. flavor and taste is like not upto mark. Chicken is not cooked properly ,not spicy and not like curry at all. DISASTER 5. Paneer rara- Totally disaster. Tasteless. my family cant eat after one bite. no taste at all. I sent to chef again to make spicy but still taste the same . they put more butter in that. 6. Naan- Not soft. Total waste of money. My family didn't eat and we asked to waiter to pack all. and also told in reception that food is not good at all. we customer is spending money they need good food. we spend Rs.1500. I will never recommend this Restaurant NH91 to anybody. NEVER

Fairly priced considering the decoration. Great ambience. A bit overhyped to say. Many of the chicken items are sweet, so confirm in advance. Paneer and chicken we had were a bit raw. Staff bugs a lot. Mughlai naan is a must have. A great place to party I must say for a big group. Even has a rooftop restaurant. Easy to find and reach. But food is not good enough. 10 percent discount for IIT students with ID proof.

I am fully satisfied by the service and the staff. The food items served there are very tasty. The staff behaviour is very good. The environment there is very good. A must visit family restaurant.

Arrangement is good but food is not. Worst experience with this restaurant. I dont know why people are still going there.

Food is good It's close to IIT Kanpur campus And provides a 10% discount to IIT Kanpur students. All we need to do is show our ID card.

Food is good but the ambience is outdated and the service is average. I was having dinner with my family and the staff was making noise with displacement of the chair and table, I am totally disliked it.

I had been a regular visitor to the restaurant. But, I have seen determination to such an extent, that now food is totally prepared in unhygienic condition. The food tasted very bad, served kept naan and vegetable soup does not have properly chopped vegetables. I hope fssai will check the kitchen very soon.

Overall good restaurants. Food is nice. I can't say it's excellent but definitely a good one.

Food is great and portion size is also sufficient but there are power fluctuations and restroom doesn't have light. Also, they offer pick and drop for IIT students but don't practice it. They made me wait for half an hour and eventually i had to book cab on my own.

So i have been eating here since last month bcz of late shifts and alot of patient load i had no time to eat in mess I have DIARRHOEA, VOMITING and diagnosed with TYPHOID With Both strains positive. I cant stop crying, i paid that huge bill to get infected. I wake up just now its 3 am and im vomiting, nothing i eat is getting digested. I have severe abdominal pain. PLZ I BEG YOU DO NOT EAT HERE😢

Had a lot of expectations from the place since we had taken feedbacks from our mates before deciding to explore the restaurant. Some dishes (specially veg dishes like dahi kebab, honey chilli potato) were good. But fish finger, chicken manchow soup were not good at all. We didn't get any option for ice cream even. Chicken main course gravy items (chicken Manchurian & chicken rara) were also not well prepared. Lastly pineapple raita was good. Chicken lollipop quality can be improved too. Some dishes were too expensive. The staff behaviour was good though.

I like the place, it's good the food was amazing. I would definitely go there again.. just coz the food was awesome but the only fact that I didn't like was if you want to sit downstairs then 500 per plate is a must for you to pay even if the bill comes 1800 for four you still have to pay 2000. Other than that the place was beautiful. The food was awesome.

The place is good a bit on the outskirts of main city lane. Serves both veg and non veg and the food is pretty decent. Ambience is okay nothing fancy about it.

We visited here 3-4 times, near IIT in the GT road, nice Ambience and a reasonable price. Good for family time and with friends. We tried chicken, soup, roti,dahi kabab etc, all were good. But chicken dishes are not that much tasty as it should be.

worst dining experience we have got here.ordered mutton it was nearly half boiled,roties were semi black in color and Cold ,the naan was smelling odd it seems that the maida by which it was prepared was too old.service was disgusting. we ordered cake, the cake was stale and it was sour in taste,we paid and left that in the restaurant. washroom was not clean. hygiene standred is poor. yes , there veg dishes were good. overall a horrifing experience. We will strongly recomend Anaicha's restaurant at iit gate to have authentic food in hygienic platform with best service and value for money.

This restaurant is at some distance from Kanpur, the food here is good but it is very crowded, from which you did not get a seat .but i like food in this place

The AC barely works. Food quality is just ok. Service is very poor. They cannot handle 25 customers. The person at manager desk is outright rude. Starters and drinks orders continued to come after main course started. It thrives because students keep changing at IIT so newer people end up there. Otherwise a pathetic place. Go only if you want to waste your money.

The food quality was not really upto the expectations I'll say. Yeah the services are ok but till the food is not upto the expectations you should never trust the restaurant for the your meal.
