We had the worst experience on my engagement day. We booked the rooms as well as breakfast and lunch. But got really disappointed with the services of the staff. Out of 9 rooms, only Ac of 2 rooms were working, They didn't provide us the breakfast on time. The dj was booked but dj floor was not provided. Even the smallest of the facilities were unavailable. The occasion was totally spoiled by them. Only food was good. We some how managed to stay in rooms in the hot weather of kanpur without AC. Pathetic

Stayed at their Hotel. None of the rooms were clean forget about sanitization. Full of dust and mites, sewage smell. Now and then water supply stopped in the washroom. No responsible staff. Everyday same cycle repeats even after complaining. Plz don't waste your time and money. One can find better facilities.

Not clean, waiting time after ordering is way too long, chocolate shake was not that nice and pricing is high according to the taste
