I had ordered briyani from ecatering services. They did not deliver the order and said there were too many orders so could not deliver. The manager called some friend in Allahabad (the next station, scheduled to reach after mid-night) and arranged a road side local food that was not even eatable. Shame on comesum. Complete waste of money and time and had to sleep hungry.

I can't believe the difference in Delhi and Kanpur branch. I haven't had worse chicken biryani in my life. It was basically simple matar polav, yellow in color with 3 tiny hard pcs of chicken teasing within. And priced at 150 it really hurts. I won't pay 50 next time to hv the same.

I have visited kanpur central on 23/05/2019. I take one thali at 150 buks. Chole is smaling and parantha is very hard and uncooked. Do not order any food from there. It is waste of your money and dangerous for your health.

Will just give it a single star because I ordered non veg biryani.. I had especially asked whether it was available and got a positive reply but in actual it was over so what they did was put chicken pieces in veg biryani and instead of giving non veg gravy they gave me mattar paneer gravy.. When I created a fuss about it, they did change the biryani but the person handling it very conveniently mixed that biryani with chicken pieces to their veg biryani. Not cool at all.

Clean and neat place, wash basin is little bit dirty, comfortable chairs and tables,fresh thalis and food are available here. Really loved the egg thali

Veg biryani quality is very bad,there is no vegis at all,u will get rice mixed with turmaric,and quantity is also not sufficient.not good for rs 160.

They are thief,. I am traveling in humsafar express 12236,i had ordered my meal,. And prepaid the bill, online.. But they didn't deliver my meal,. Train stopped there for more than 15mins. Not only me, there are many more co passengers are there, whose meal was not delivered by them,.even after showing oder no. Order summary as well they can't deliver..

I bought one veg. Thali from comesum's kanpur railway station outlet. This thali was really bad. Raita given was too much sour and you can't even eat. Shahi paneer given too much sweet with one piece of paneer. 4 pieces of chhole given in gravy chhole and price of thali was INR 150. Really bad food served by comesum.

Had a thali here in May 2017. It was not worth the price they charged. On next day after reaching Raipur railway station I found that the thali available there was much better in quality for the less price and also the ambience was also very good.

The worst food I have ever had. It's better to be hungry than to have it.
