Sice this particular shop is situated in campus so whenever we get bored of mess food we just order pizza form dominos. Most of generally order from mobile app because we get offer like 'year 2020' 'Dom50' and others according to whatever coupon code is valid. They have lot of workers I guess around 10 most of them are involved in delivering the order to different hostels since most of us are lazy soul. They have two options on mobile app either you can pick up or order so in pickup option you can order from the app and go the store and eat your pizza there or anywhere you want to. We generally choose this option if we have some programs going on in OAT. Second option is delivery 90%of the students choose this. They also have order board which shows the order number it basically a indication so that they don't have to call out your name and you yourself come to the counter and take the order . Overall we love dominos ❤️ If you can't decide where to eat tonight just order your pizza and enjoy your movie or your assignment. Must try :- Indi tandoori, onion, zingy parcel Don't try:- pasta Taco because it doesn't taste good here as compared to other dominos storr

Their new spicy pizza range is quite good. Wheat thin crust pizzas always taste better than normal thick crust pizzas.

Hmm.. punctual in delivery . Always they deliver at / before time.

Excellent employees - they understood exactly how I wanted my pizza and toppings (I'm quite specific about my toppings..). Sumptuous toppings and tasty. One of the best Domino's I've been to

Good for "eat at restaurant" but not good for delivery. The quality varies alot and it seems it's deliberately degraded for delivery products. Staff is generally good, however they may be a bit apprehensive in giving extra oregano too at times.

Had gone from better to worse. The amount of cheese in a cheeese burst has decreased and if you are opting for home delivery then be ready to wait for an hour or so withou any contact with the restaurant as they don't pick up phone and Domino's customer service has stopped.

It was so bad. Can't express my frustration. It took 30 mins to process my order and the food was so bad. Expensive and less quantity but not even tasty. Whats the point of branding if the food is bad.

Best place for pizza at IIT KANPUR

I see spacemaking skills of Architect Achyut Kavinde in spaces here. The campus is beautiful with lush greenery. Feels like the old buildings need an upgrade.

One of the best places to have food. Great taste, environment, service. The range of pizzas and sides offered is really great. Just the cold drink is a bit expensive here. So, try getting that from some other place to fit better in your budget. Overall, a nice experience.

He nearly missed one of our ordered items but corrected as soon as was brought to attention. Was like any other Domino's.

A good but costly place have your meal over here. It almost costs around 400 for a person to have a single meal. A branded franchise gives it all the hype of the place but really costly place for a middle class person.

The pizza have been lacklusture, so is cheese When pizza is delivered late, the store doesn't update thier system, so be ready to get thier pizza 45 to 60 minutes late, and on asking for refund on 30 minutes garunteed delivery, they will reply that pizza was delivered on time.

I like their pizza, but often items from the menu are unavailable! The staff only speak Hindi and are often rude. They only take cash or GPay. So, if you have a credit/debit card, it’ll be impossible to buy/order food from there!
