Disappointed with their new chicken popcorn maggie bowl. Also the burger wasn't that good this time.

The food is actually finger licking goood😍😍... specially their burgers! They've also changed the interior to make it look more aesthetically pleasing. But there was lack of ventilation or maybe they hadn't turned on AC because of relatively cooler weather.

Have always found the food at Z Square KFC to be fantastic - for a fast-food chain. The chicken and chips are always crispy and hot, likes they're fresh out of the oven, and the drinks are always cold and taste just as they should - no icky chemicals and poisons in there. Most important of all, the service is subliminal - the assistants and tellers are helpful, polite and well-mannered, and are always willing to lend a hand to their client.

KFC as always serves the best food. Their options are tasty and buckets are really good to choose from when in groups. Really love their chicken popcorn and crushers.

Kfc is in z square, there is only one store in kanpur. It's a nice place to have chicken. It's mainly for chicken lovers. The ambience is good. The staff is also well managed and friendly. My favourite is chicken popcorn & choco lash

Had a great time with my family. We ordered Chicken zinger burgers, Chicken strips, French fries and coke. Just the typical KFC !!! Loved it. Really loved their zinger burgers. The buns are really soft and of best quality

After standing in the queue for more than 15 minutes, when it was our turn and we chose the items. Just before paying for the same by card, the biller said, "Sir, we don't have any lattice vegetables, we'll give you sauces with patties in burgers only." On this, we asked the manager to look into this matter then he said, "We are actually out of stock of all those items, if you want you can leave." So, after giving 25-30 minutes for placing an order and the manager asked us to leave if we want. Had they put a note at the gate saying they were out of stock for certain items, we might not have entered the KFC premises at all, we told the manager. Later, we placed the order with the conditions they put forward to us. Apart from burgers, French Fries are not even up to the mark. On telling about the same to the biller to check the quality, he said, sorry Sir, may be french fries crossed their self life. God, why did they served us if not good. Later, we went to Burger King which is adjacent to the KFC, and fulfilled our appetite. Sad, we didn't served what to be served in KFC, Zsquare Mall this time.

In hindi ... Ghatiya response.. There are two many counters for order taking but only one staff available and after payment deduction they are not able to deliver the food just saying we have apply for refund and you need to again payment i mean this types of services..

Those who are non veg lover and want to try the best non veg food must visit there . All my friends love this place and their food. As I am vegetarian I love their Veg Zinger and Veg Classic Meal . They are expert in non veg but they serve us the best veg dishes also . I would recommend every one that they must visit and should try veg and non veg food they are serving.

I ordered a zinger burger and a lemon mojito but comparison to the McDonald's they are very very costly and not pocket friendly and not good as their prices I don't recommend kfc for burgers if you want chicken then go for it atmosphere was very good staff behaviour was very good but taste of burger was not good as compared to the price if you are a chicken lover then it's the best place for you not for vegetarians sorry for those vegeterians can visit McDonald's it would be better for them and pocket friendly

Long waiting for billing once and to get the delivery on the other hand. I was on Sunday evening, so there was a long queue. The veg biryani is fully spicy and my throat was getting dried. I don't like taking a drink with rice than Dahi raita. If KFC can provide the same it would be much appreciated. In billing, there was no description of items. So, i didn't get a clear picture of what I ordered and what I received and at what cost... KFC needs to address these issues

Completely dissatisfied with the food, chicken was stale, even the cold drink wasn't seeming good, felt like adulterated, won't recommended, never expected KFC to stoop so low.

Food is standard KFC. If you are in z square and wish to quick service food like burger it's the only place to be in. Zsquare also has mc Donald's but it's too busy these days. KFC has lesser crowd. They have all kind of seating arrangement.

These people are judging persons after taking the order and deliver it accordingly, like if you are a couple or just showing them you are rich brat or having a lavish lifestyle. They will deliver your order before than anybody. I had ordered my meal and after me there was a couple that had given the order and then their was a family also who had given the order. When it came to deliver the order the couple which was showcasing the iphones and stuff got their meal first and they delivered the order of that family. Then after frustrated i had remembered them about my order, then they started preparing it. Pathetic service.....while never go again!

It's a myth that KFC doesn't have food for vegetarians. The burgers are delicious. But obviously there is nothing more finger licking than the hot and spicy chicken grills!

We enjoyed good moments but after pandemic so many people are avoiding to dine at KFC. Don't expect Mojito there. Rest food is delicious as always. I'll share photos once I'll click
