Although the location and room size was not as per our expectations, their service really won our hearts. Also, the food is really delicious and tastes just like home. The staff will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Not according to Best Western standards. Rooms are extremely tiny and bathroom condition was more worst. You need to squeeze yourself in the corner to enter and come out from the washroom. Hotel charges very high amount for these tiny rooms and washrooms. This hotel is a complete waste of money. Stay away from these scammers. After check in I have received a call from front desk and they asked me to provide local address. I have already told them I am a foreign national I don’t have any local address. But they were not ready to listen to me. Their staff is completely illiterate, they are not aware about foreign nationals check in policy. We stayed for 6 nights. Every night there were wedding parties in the hotel. People were using big speakers and playing music on the floor during night. Area around the hotel is extremely polluted and crowded. Not a right choice to stay in this property. I will not stay here again and I will not suggest my friends and family members to stay in this fraud hotel. Waste of money.

Parking is inadequate but as far as you consider the location, it is okay. Food and room service is great and one can stay there without having a doubt.

Available at Good location in Kanpur but very poor network and Internet speed. Breakfast is also not good. Room rent is high as per service and conditions of Hotel.

It is a small boutique hotel bang on GT road. The hotel is clean, comfortable, rooms are small but on our request they upgraded us to a superior room which was good. Due to election season a bit of noise was there, otherwise sleep was adequate. Breakfast is not that great with limited items, but it’s understandable. Overall 3 stars and recommended for a nights stay. Actually there are no good hotels in Kanpur.

Place is located at GT road near Gumti chauraha. I went here to attend a party. Ambience of the place was good. Place was nicely decorated. Food quality and taste was good. Parking is available outside the hotel.

Terrible service. Small portions for the price. Incorrect dish served. Waiters do not serve the food and instead chat. The washroom doesn't have soap for washing hands and tables were not properly cleaned before seating new customers. I don't understand how BW is a 3 star hotel when its restaurant deserves zero. The food is not great either. Average at best.

Not the best service that I have received from best western. I am a diamond member and the beds were lumpy hard to sleep even after complaining we were told every room is the same 2 twins and one mattress higher than other. Bad back. Staff very nice extremely nice. Good food

Small halls are very apt for birthday parties,retirement party,kitty party,anniversary celebration, wedding sangeet,shagun etc. The best thing is they provide a lot of options for halls and above all POCKET FRIENDLY. A very great experience each time we visit this place.

One of the best places to stay in kanpur city. Don’t go by the smallish look on the outside , the rooms inside are spacious with great facilities, prompt room service and helpful staff. The dinner was great with soulful live music to go with it!! Buffet breakfast also has a great number of options too!

Not value for money They charge a bit more higher Breakfast is below average, room service is slow. Hot water in the washroom only for 2 hours even in winters. They provided every time worst tea I have ever had . You have many more great choices of hotels in same area in same tariff. Not a good experience.

One of the very good Hotels I visited in Kanpur in a long time. Also, with the hotel placed in UP, it was a pretty decent experience we had, quite unexpected in the area..

Not understanding there own policy of providing only one water bottle in room while the head count is 3 or 2. Basic kit not provided at first go itself and have to be asked always in 2 day of my stay.
