Dont visit with your wife or family...not a family hotel... Don't want to Give a single star to this place... The room was very dirty and there were Gutkha wrappers. Bedsheet was very Dirty... Horrible experience.. I tell you why: It was new year eve and Hotel staff had set up speakers at Hotel entry.. I visited Kanpur to attend an exam the next day.. As songs we're being played loud on that speakers it was hard to sleep.. I asked the staff to kindly decrease the volume.. After sometime Hotel owner came to my room (Completely Drunken) and started abusing me.. "sale Tu rokega hame Gana bajane se.. banayenge nahi... New year hai aaj... Tujhe kya dikkat hai itni dikkat hai to TV kyu chala rkha hai.. " As I was unable to sleep I started watching TV till Sound stops.. Hotel Owner (Father& son) started quarrelling with me.. The son was too aggressive that he could even hit me.. I was lucky that I visited the hotel alone.. Not with my wife... I suggest people not to visit there with their family or if they visit then they must do it at their own risk..

Don't go here Don't waste your money 💰 I am adding about my experience ,also guys look upon the photos I am attaching.. So I booked with oyo And 1.No white oyo Linen. 2.No oyo kit provided, no white towel, untidy bedsheets ,and because of untidy towel i got allergy the next morning. 3.No wifi password provided 4.Receptionist said geyser only works after December. 5.Turned on Ac after even asking multiple times. 6.I came with my sister as she had a entrance exam next day , but then also the hotel tried to deny us entry and demand extra cash ,but somehow i managed. 7.Oyo total was 664 but Receptionist Demanded 700, extra 40-50rs doesn't matters but it describes cheapness. 8.They have printed a Menu in their name ,but the food they take from local vendors , food quality was unsatisfactory, cold and not even good in taste. 9.The waiter was *drunk* and rude. 10.Waiter was rebuking and saying if not on duty he would be slapping me. 11. Very Worst experience first time through any oyo booking. 12. Switched off AC at night. I request oyo to take down these listed hotels as they not only create a negative guest experience but also a bad reputation for the company. And as I checked,even on Google there were so many negative reviews of guests and the hotels reply was very pathetic and egoistic.

Never book this hotel from OYO as they will deny giving room , I booked and paid in advance from OYO and they made me wait for 2 hrs at reception as no room was vacant according to them and when I complained to OYO they denied having any vacant room, OYO also did not helped me in providing room any where else and my money is still not refunded as my booking got canceled manager showed me a room at higher price so they were lying about avlaibility of rooms and if they don't have rooms than why are they showing on OYO just to waste our time and money.

Worst experience....as there was extra demand due to exams they denied that there was a booking..... receptionist was very rude and while talking to the customer care from the booking site was lying in front of me that there was a power outrage ......never book this hotel.....will be filing a complaint to consumers forum.

Very bad experience. Dont stay in this hotel. They will assault and deny you check in, after taking advance online payment. All the 5 star ratings are given by staff and all the photos of hotel rooms (other than reception) are fake, so don't believe it. Read 1 star review for real feedback by guests. I would have rated this criminal place as -5 if negative rating was available here. Forget about customer service basically it is a criminal hub. I made booking and advance payment to the hotel via OYO. On reaching the hotel, the staff took my id and when I asked to fill entry register by myself, the owner and manager assaulted me and my female friend physically and verbally and denied entry even after making the payment. Plus there are no proper amenties in rooms, there is no lighting in corridors and stairs. It is totally unsafe to stay here as single or with family or as couple. They will rob you and attack any females with you. No one should go in this hotel.

Dirty room and bedings. Tv and other room services not working. Argumentative staff and they switch off ac at night and make excuses. Feeling like in hell for one night. Please dont go and dont wast your money.......

Very bad. I was cheated. The hotel denied checking inspite of booking and advanced payment. There were completely no response from OYO. There chat bot is useless. I had to pay extra money.

Believe everything you read about this charming Hotel. We so enjoyed our stay .The location is perfect, WOW. The staff is wonderfuly patient and helpful (don't think any of them ever sleep). Wish I could of stayed longer - next time............

The hotel location is very close to the railway station (Kanpur Central) and the air conditioning of the rooms is very lovely. They will provide you with a towel and soap (they should give at least two). The services were nice.

I had a very comfortable stay here in a single accommodation room for a night in the month of July. It's on the other side of Kanpur central railway station i.e. near its last platform, no. 9. Quite easy to reach using Google maps or by asking directions to locals. The single bed was big enough for two people. Well lit. Clean bathroom. WiFi was not connecting inside the room, I had to stand in the corridor for it. Friendly staff. 450 for a night did seem exorbitant. Overall, a good experience.

They make everyone fool , they just accept booking from Oyo and many other app but when you reach there they charge different amounts Worse experience with them and they also try to login my Oyo account asked for OTP by making me fool that it is for cancellation. Fraud one's they are..

For couple it is very unsafe place . after booking I regretted many days .

I gave the 1 star only for receptionist. I was thinking to give 5 star after checkout but receptionist forced me to give RATING IN FRONT OF HIM .. I booked room by seeing ratings and comment where he claimed 4+ rating in every comments here on google.. First time i was thinking that may be false reviewer are here on google.. But the behavior of receptionist, he argued me about 3 mins to give review in front of him.. Now i understood why he got 4+ rating....

Worst hotel , unhygienic , frauds. Instead of booking this hotel via OYO , try to find another hotel in the same area , you will have plenty of options to choose from . Visit the hotels and choose wisely , don't fall for the traps.

3 star it's just for name sake there are no such facilities avlaible I booked through Oyo and they asked me to pay more if I want a room, receptionist is very rude and he said to me "itne me kya AC room milta hai" Receptionist will also force you to give a 5 star rating that's reason behind this rating.

Experience starts with behavior of receptionist which was worst, rooms are dirty bed sheets were dirty, hairs were present on bed sheet bathroom was not clean at all and when you ask them to clean they will make you wait for hours ,there are hundreds of hotels present in this area so choose wisely before paying

Here both kinds of Rooms are available ac and non ac, but very less in price difference. It's also heaven for couples 😉🙂.

Reception staff behaviour was very poor,booked this hotel through Oyo,but they didn't gave the room saying water issue in the hotel,so it's their fault but you have to manage for their mistakes.

They are demanding extra 500 rupees who booked online from eveyone. Please don't go to this hotel.
