Magnificent! The interior of the hotel is beautifully designed. From the rooms to the service staff everything is nice to you. Parking area available and most delicious food is provided. Don't think just book it.

Hotel staff is too good, polite and soft spoken. Decoration for the functions were subtle yet elegant. Food was very awesome. Every food item was very tasty. Everything was perfect and clean be it the banquet halls, rooms or the bathrooms. Hotel staff is really supportive. I had a great experience here. Fully satisfied.

Mistakenly I had left my jacket at the hotel while checking out. Immediately after I found out that it was left at room cupboard I informed the hotel authorities, however even after my repeatedly asking them to find it and send it across via courier, they denied having it in possession and we're totally UN co operative towards it. I am a frequent traveller and have witnessed such things in other hotels as well but hotel staff generally is very cooperative and supports in such matter. But to my surprise this hotel management has been very unprofessional in handling such issues. I would rather not go to suchh hotel again and strongly suggest others from doing so s well

I held reception party here of approx 3 lakhs. Staff was good but manager Manish was worst manager I have ever seen, perhaps he is a bit less qualified for the job. Sales staff is good like Neha ji,

New construction. Location is easily identifiable, however situated at a busy road near to a railway crossing. Valet Parking is available. Banquet halls are good. Food quality is ok.

My company recently held a corporate event at the Hotel DNG Grand. The experience was top notch from start to finish. The sales manager, Neha Singh was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely helpful and accommodating in helping us plan the event. She made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The hotel itself was fantastic. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were top notch. The food was delicious. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Hotel DNG Grand to anyone looking to host an event. Special shout out to Neha Singh for making our experience so pleasant! Her dedication towards her job made this event possible, she's very understanding and cooperative and has helped me conduct the event in the perfect manner possible.

There is no negative rating otherwise would have given the same, was attending my dear one's reception party and the whole team had a stoic outlook and robust behaviour. Multiple times they interfered into the celebration, it was a private party specially not at all happy with the manager Manish of the Venue. Inshort it was a total vibe killer, could have had better celebration and vibes in a tent 🥲

Good ambience and nice place to visit. We attended a birthday party it was well decorated and organized. But the DJ music was too loud for the audience in my opinion. Each and every corner was well separated to identify that which area is designated for what . The food was good and tasty.

Service staff, foods, all are good except the Omnia Manager Manish , he seems to be least interested in his own job, he alone is enough to ruin entire party. Same goes with the rude Dj of omnia . He didn't even lend me his lighter at double the price. The worst thing in Dng is the manager Manish, he rude and intereferes in your party. He seems to be less qualified for his job. That man can reduce hotel's reputation take actions on him.

The hotel decor and food quality is excellent. I would like to personally thank Mr. Anoop for making the arrangements for my reception function on 10th Dec. He is the most decent and professional person at DNG. I would have surely given 5* if I would not have met other staff members who really have no sense to speak to a client and act like hotel owners themselves. I had to bear tantrums which even 5 star property hotels didn't throw but unfortunately I had to face at DNG. 5 star rating for Mr. Anoop :)

Everything perfect. Had to partially cancel my stay due to unavoidable reason but hotel guys managed it extend professionally & initiate refund although booking was non refundable. All Stars to team !

Staff was really amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, especially the duty manager, Mr. Irfan. He treated us with most care and with hospitality. The way he is concerned for his guests,is really appreciable..I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown..

The rooms are good and services are also fine but food can be better. So if you are coming for tasting their food, don't come with high expectations.

Staff is not professional at all, do not have ethics and not trained on how to talk and behave with customer/client. We had our niece haldi mehendi and shadi ceremony here. We had to spent hours getting things done. Also guest had to wait for food which was so embarrassing. Worse experience

Visited to their open air restaurant, someone Ankur is their , pure rude, unprofessional person. First he confirmed our seat latter denied saying booked . Such a pathetic approach. Management is totally worst. Staff always makes try to fool you.After getting payment they don't listen to you. Staff members Abscond,They don't care assets.I felt just like bantering by them.They beguile with us and talk boisterious,brickbat.All are callow.They don't concede their mistake.I won't recommend other,if you don't love your money so sure go there.Not good for any functions.Please go any other place with good budget.

So I had a wonderful experience at zouk yesterday .it started with a very warm welcome by Mr. Amber. Then with such a Nice ambience, food & hospitality it makes your day special.

The day I checked in, they gave me a room upgrade as there was some confusion. I was happy, but unfortunately the AC didn't work and I had a difficult time. Food is very good though.

Great thanks to Neha ma'am. Wouldn't have been possible without her and her team, Shreya and all other staff. Had my wedding, ring ceremony, and haldi here. It was a near to perfect experience. My recommendation is just go for it. Food is really really good. Great work keep it up. ✌️

We booked DNG for my brother's engagement and I would like to share my experience. a) The hotel staff is unprofessional and kept bugging our guests(some of them were from abroad) for payments, despite of us making it clear beforehand to not ask anything from them and directly add it to our bill. They even asked money on the spot for a cup of tea which was unbelievable. b) The hall which we had booked was not ready on time, which was a huge insult of our family in front of the guests as they had to wait at the reception area. This happened because the previous function ran over time, which again proves mis management at their end. c)The hotel did not bill us properly at the time of check out and then later kept on calling us to clear the dues, again an example of bad management. Some of the services which they were asking us to pay for, were not even used by our guests. d) In short, if you want to enjoy good food, you can visit the hotel. But will not be recommended any other occasion.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist Mr. Anuj and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Unexpected and unprofessional behaviour of waiters even in front of the managers. Don't plan any family functions here, they will spoil your whole celebrations by their narrow behaviour. Very disappointed.

I was bride at an event they organised, no hospitality, no hearing of issues once you pay them and they try to force you to vacate rooms as soon as possible. If there was a zero, I would have given them a zero for their service. Another noticeable thing is the remarkable tricks they use to increase the number of plates used in your event. These are all firsthand experiences. It's worse than a 2 star hotel. The only plus point is the location of the hotel.

The overall hotel is a good hotel and gives a feel of a 5 star hotel. Initially, the staff took 30 min to get my room clean but they did that finally. Check out person Anuj was good and their restaurant is very good with good food.

I was attending my colleague's wedding reception and was astonished by seeing the impolite and non vavering narcissist behaviour of the staff specially the manager Manish, he was not at all understanding, uncommmunitcative and had made the whole event an uncomfortable ride in the last moments. The vibe was totally ruined and all the guests including me has complained to the organiser of the event personally. There is no proper guidelines for the staff as well as management, for dealing with guests which should not be taken lightly and is not expected from a reputed venue.

Was not a good experience organising an event in their hotel. Management was insincere and rude, pushy and unprofessional specially Ms Neha. They promised us rooms but could not provide them and informed the same a day before the event. They kept on interrupting our event, forcing us to end early. The hotel was not up to the mark, the hospitality was the worst.

Perfect space in Kanpur for organizing private events. Specious hall and very good quality food, management is very helpful we didn't have to be to much involved as most things were handled by management team here. Only drawback I see is hotel lobby and rooms are very dimly lit which is fine if you only want to relax or sleep in the rooms but it can be annoying at times. They also have restaurant nad bar on premise which is a plus.

had a 5 star rating but had to change it. went to the restaurant to eat but found a baby cockroach on the floor, told the staff they didn't seem to care. it was a really fascinating experience i think there should be a special floor with cockroaches only. cant wait to see the cute cockroaches grow next time. will visit soon hope there are more on different floors too, with them on only one floor it felt a little lonely.🤩🤩 (dont be fooled by the camera quality the antena of the cockroach were moving)

Great food, ok accomodation. The rooms have not aged well. The bathroom fixtures are in need of replacement. But the rooms are spacious and the food makes up for a lot. Also the view needs an upgrade. We had a common wall with the house next door.

Amazing experience! Had my wedding organized during the peak of covid. Hotel staff was very co-operative and they took care of every protocol being followed in the best way possible. The 3 halls are fabulous we were lucky to get the biggest hall with a limited number of people as per govt. Guidelines. The rooms & food are amazing. You simply cannot get enough of the comfort and luxury of the rooms in particular. Thank u DNG Grand for making my wedding memorable :)

Decent place to stay in regards to location.They have a good pub on top floor, if you are guest in this Hotel make sure to drink well either at the pub or else where, otherwise the music reaches to you irrespective of any room you take. Night at 1 you will know which song people are groving at while you are in your bed. Staff is courteous and service is good

A nice clean place, good staff. However their bar was quite noisy due to adjacent discotheque. Overall a decent experience.

I reserved a room for my colleague, and according to his feedback, the rooms are excellent, and the staff is quite friendly and welcoming. The meal is fantastic, and the room service is exceptional. Thank you so much to Vaibhav from sales for assisting us with our reservation and stay extension; as far as I can tell, this is Kanpur's finest hotel.

Their USP is the room sizes! Spacious, big sized beds and well-equipped. The staff is courteous and comply to requests promptly. Breakfast had a good spread and hygiene maintained well. Loved my stay!

Good hotel especially for banquets and parties. For staying, the rooms are a bit small however they’re clean. Food is also good. The bed linen could have been cleaner though.

A decent place to stay near IIT Kanpur. Not value for the money though. Food was okay. Linens were clean but very old and discoloured. Got refilled utility items in old containers.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staffs. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with my dad and lots of luggage and despite of everything, they helped us taking care of it, this was one of the nicest places when we were in Kanpur.

Restaurant is quite expensive compare to other states capital 4 star hotels, laundry is also little on higher side. Room amenities are not upto mark when talking about comparison to other states 4 star hotels. But no doubt they have done good with whatever they have provided. Charges only are higher side. Everything rest is very much satisfactory.

Rooms are clean. Atmosphere is good. But food is not so good. They use chillies generously in every item. Also everything contains onion/garlic. If you are non-eater, confirm first.

Average rooms. Needs little maintenance. Bathroom fitting, wall paint etc need fixing. During rains the water drips on the stairs. Vegetarian food is very nice. Although the service takes 45 mins to 1 hour to serve depending on when ordered. We ordered around 9 and the food arrived almost always at 9.50.

I had a great time here. Me and my four friends were chilling here. We ordered two beer towers and some snacks. We did some dancing. Some staff guy was having his birthday on that day as well so we also joined to celebrate. Booze was getting low so we ordered another round of beer. Food was decent not up to the price they were charging. Overall great night with friends.

Recently I got married at D&G I had fabulous time food was amazing and kudos to Neha Singh for managing things well and the entire staff . I am glad to say I am the first guest to inaugurate their top floor patio

Loved the Mrs. Natural Beauty pageant auditions here. Also love the fact that they have live music in Bang Bang and Zouk every week especially the rock band Drona. Looking forward to seeing the band Drona perform here live this week. Courteous staff and nice food.
