Hotel Manager is very unprofessional and rude towards the guests. He forced to wait for 1.5 hours because he is having some pricing issue with OYO. No water is served even asking for multiple times. Please choose Hotel Mandakini. They are very rude and Mannerless. Hotel area was dirty and un hygienic. Parking area is very small. No attendant no response. Bad service

I will given 5 star rating to hotel mandakini bcz hotel management and staff members behaviour so nice. All over services is very good. Auto wala and cab driver also good nature person and specially thanx to Mr Ranu. Definetely I will visit again but that time come with my wife. Once again thank you so much everyone. Bad attitude at reception, never check in at night, they can ask extra money than booked amount.

If booked online, they charge extra money. says we are hotel and it's not dharmasala and cheap so 1000-1500rs more than booked amount.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.The rooms smelled so bad of cigarettes,the a.c. were sounding like they will blast any second.The water was not coming in the washrooms and the room service was the worst.I would have rated it negative stars if I could.

Worst experience as far as a hotel stay is concerned. Extremely poor maintenance of the hotel. Bathrooms were dirty and not maintained. AC was not functional. Linen was dirty, on asking for replacement we were provided with only one pillow cover. Staff was ill trained. The guy who came to check the AC seemed to be drunk. Complimentary beakfast options consisted of tea and bread only. In the morning there was no water in the bathroom, on enquiring they told that the motor is not working and provided with a single bucket of water. My recommendation, please refrain from going to this hotel.

I booked through Oyo, when i reached there they denied entry, saying booking price is low, either pay 1000rs extra or get lost. It was night 11pm and I had to pay money as a bribe extra than paid booking amount

I have seen this kind of pethetic service. No wifi. No intercom. You have call on reception then waiter come to you. No proper tv channels for time pass. Geyser not working properly. Ask for something and they say we don't have it. It better to stay in dharmshala than staying in this hotel. Worst hotel and services.
