Very bad experience pathetic place to stay.. Room Service was pathetic..no hot water you have to wait for 1-2 hrs then will get hot water... Pathetic if possible i will give rating in minus..

Hotel royal galaxy near natraj at govind nagar kanpur is a fine budget hotel for a comfortable stay. The property is located at the heart of a very good area govind nagar market in Kanpur and is nicely connected with every mode of transportation from railway station kanpur Central. The rooms are good and service is also fine. The food is okay. The guest lobby is quite large in a big hall. They have cheaper non deluxe rooms along with large super deluxe rooms both air conditioned. Bathroom is large and clean towels are provided. Area is really very good especially at evenings.

Lift service is not open all the time. Toilet and water service is very poor. Blankets and bedsheet was enough clean to give you chickenpox

Didn't have the option of giving a zero star rating, pathetic service, rooms with foul smell, unhygienic bathrooms, geyser not working and further more too costly

This is now past it's glory days. Ramshackle, seedy and ill maintained. I wonder whether they still have the license to operate, given the condition of the rooms, especially the bathrooms with leaking faucets and filthy tiles. We had to plead with literally for basic services like warm water and hot tea.
