Rooms are big but not cleaned properly. Hotel provided food is not as high in quality as in price. I had ordered pizza for which they charged RS 300 provided equivalent of Domino's Rs 89 pizza. They have good rating on oyo only because they will ask you give rating in front of them and will not let you go until unless you submit the ratings.

One of the worst hotel. Rude hotel reception/staff behaviour and they only accept cash. You have to take a trip to the ATM after a tiring journey and then only you can stay at this Hotel. Printer/Intercom and even the lights malfunction in this Hotel and still this has been listed as one of the Premium Hotels on OYO. There is a strong smell when you enter the room. Rooms are larger compared to other Hotels but that in my opinion is ONLY plus point of this hotel. They insist that you rate them 5/5 even after a Horrible service/stay citing the rating will damage their business.

Clean rooms to stay. Good place

Was worried about the hygiene levels of the room before check in, but was relived to see a clean bed, floor and the bathroom. The other amenities in a hotel like this should only be considered a blessing. As the cable connection was out of subscription and even after repeated requests was not attended by anyone. I dared to try out the breakfast, so won't make any comment over it. Overall, u can surely bank upon this place only if you have to use the room for a good night's sleep.

What i can say is One of the best hotel available in kanpur having all sorts of facilities whatever it would be..either its your stay .your party.its your mood . All will get a pause here. N one will get complete satisfaction once one will visit here.

Location is perfect, Rooms are quite large, service is a bit delayed.

Staff is not helpful. Only accept cash and won't even help you to find an ATM machine. Bathroom lacks water and overall average hygiene. Breakfast is really bad. But the worst is the pub downstairs that makes unbearable sound untill 1 am in the night. Overall disappointing experience.

Booked it through OYO rooms. The rooms are decent but not worth it. If you are someone who likes to treated good for the money you pay to use their facilities then this place is definitely not the one for you. No one bothers about who you are and your requests for room service are most of the times left unanswered and unnoticed. The term complimentary breakfast should be changed too Conditional restricted breakfast available. Even then food was awe full. You cannot order for anything in complimentary tab as anything that you ask for (Basic food Bread butter, omelette) will be charged extra, unless its from one of the tabs categorized in the menu of Breakfast. And the explanation provided by Manager was you can either eat what we offer or starve.

Nice stay with basic facilities of TV, WiFi, Hot water, AC and complementary breakfast! Rate card of food weighs heavy on your pocket. It is hard to find reception for the new arrivals, but the services are satisfactory.
