This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Front desk staff misbehave with guests. I booked a room for 2 days but i was forced to checkout in 1 day. Lift, bed and curtains have very bad smell. Bathrooms are dirty. Worst food quality, having worms in breakfast served. Attendants don't have manner to behave their guest. Whosoever wants to stay in this hotel be prepared to face these unpleasant things.

I have never seen such unprofessional reception staff. They are goons and misbehave even with ladies for money. I got charged double just for 20 minutes delay in checkout. They started calling in our room from 11AM asking when are you checking out. They even sent their staff to confirm when are we checking out. Dont go with positive reviews, they are fake. Checkout negative reviews and their similar experiences. Not at all a family hotel if you are looking for peace of mind. There are other better options available in same location.

I visited this place in October and I booked this hotel offline after visiting near by hotels and found best one in that location. It was medium expensive but worth it. Staff was well behaved and supportive. I stayed with my family with ease and comfort. You should go to this place without any second place if you are looking for better place to stay in Kanpur. Rooms are neat and clean including washroom. You will get all basic things there. Food was fine and we ordered from hotel itself. Keep it up good job

I had enjoyed my stay. Room was clean even washroom too. Staff was also very good. Breakfast was also available in the hotel, no need to go anywhere and also have too many vertices. I'm fully satisfy their service. All basic things were available in my room and all in working condition. Thank MMK.

I have take out side food first manger denied for out side food but after argument he s denied to provide cutlery as well I have stay here seven days but manger vehaviour is very poor he's also denied to came mine frands to inside he's feel me like why I m book this hotel recommend by seeta travel it was mine worst mistake which do in my life

Tbh there are not many good hotel nearby Kanpur Central Railway Station, Out of those this one can be consider one of the best. Why to choose this Hotel If you care about room cleaniness, service, staff hospitality. They provide beat facilities considering per night charges for executive room around ₹2200. They always offer help in whichever possible way so, I'll give 4* 1* is less only because of food. What about it? Not good taste, not enough quantity for given prices. Not saying you cannot charge high prices for less quantity, but the issue even the taste not good enough Its just feel too high when you taste the food. If food really matter to you, and you are fine with average taste with high charges. Idts there are any other better option than this hotel.

Service is very good. Staff is humble, courteous and accommodating. Food, beverages are slightly costly but other than that everything is great. Rooms were clean and service was prompt.

Horrible hotel, they told us a male and female colleague cannot talk to each other in same room and if we had to - we should keep the door open. They kept on surveilling us all the time and forced us to check out a day before and then they denied us our refund.

Walking distance from Kanpur Central Railway Station... The Hotel staff is polite and very professional... Proper hygiene and quick service... They gave me an upgrade so that was good... The rooms are a bit compact; which you can make out from the pics... Considering one has to just sleep in the room, space should not be an issue... As for food, if two or more persons are staying together, you have multiple food options, as the food can be shared... For people travelling alone, I think main course will be a bit too expensive and also more than required in terms of quantity... So I had stuffed paratha, which was good... It was prepared with fresh vegetables, and was light on stomach...

Rooms are not big difficult to walk in bathroom and toilet have no space to even sit the was basin is 8 inches only very congested and no window in room sorry to stay in this better to have good hotel in same price

I stayed here from 6 years , property is great and upgraded , they are upgrading this property from time to time this is the best thing . Owner is also involved in property maintenance and very helpful.

Very convenient to reach. Everything of general requirements are easily available nearby. Good standards of cleanliness. Food quality is quite good. Extremely friendly and polite staff. They always have a smile on their face. Mr. Anil extended his best services and made our stay comfortable. Placement of an electric kettle, tea bags, sugar and milk pouches will be a welcome addition.

The place is very close to Railway station and that is the uniqueness. Rooms are very well decorated but size is very small, and bathroom dimensions are very wierd. A 3 x 10 feet bathroom although satisfies the are requirement for bathroom but a a three feet width is very annoying. Food prep is good.

I went there in winter, and they have no facilty of room heater, although they provided with one after asking, bed was very spongy and not comfortable at all. Food was good. Staff is well behaved.

Everything is nice . It's my second stay. This time no one given a wake-up call after telling staff 2 times . Also they have not mentioned before allotment room that there is Indian style toilet . That's not good .. I must recommend if someone go with family or business trip can stay there . Hygiene and cleanliness are at the top

The hotel is good for business travel. I really enjoyed the stay over here. Hotel staff is really cooperative, special mention to Pandey ji and day time office manager. I will come here next time also for sure. Food quality is also excellent as our North Indian food.

Visited my friend there recently. Cleanliness is top notch, rooms are full of energy due to perfect warm white lighting, washrooms are cleaned everyday of stay period. The rooms as per the price are quite good. Staffs behave well and the services provided by them are really fast. This hotel is located near Kanpur Central Railway Station. But the main problem arises when you check the menu to order the food. Seriously, food is overpriced here. I don't know why but I'm giving it 5/5 just because of this issue. I am so happy

Had an excellent stay here. The location is good, very near to Kanpur Central Railway station and about 20-25 min away from airport. Rooms were excellent and maintained really well. Bathroom, towels, bedding were impeccable. The staff were extremely good natured and very helpful. Food was delicious as well. Overall had a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend it to everyone.
