Very pathetic experience in this hotel. Never visit this hotel again. First - I have paid for their upgraded room, whereas they alloted downgraded room in same charge Second - They have promised me a discount, whereas on check out they ignore that discount Third - Their person MR Umesh Pandey is very rude on discussing the same discount issue with him and using bad words with customers Fourth - only 2 options in breakfast daily and that’s too not fresh. Fifth - No proper cleaning of rooms seen

They have changed its name. Very difficult to reach in absence of its proper name. Room tarrif was very high. Worst experience. Horribly Stinking rooms. Regretted staying there. Do not ever go there.

Resort is very nice spread in huge piece of land. Rooms are very spacious with all amenities like air conditioner, tea maker, sofa, intercom, toiletries, slippers etc. Food was nice and tasty. Property is having very nice restaurant. A separate bar is also available. Though prices are on the higher side in bar. Sufficient parking space is available outside the resort. A small problem I noticed was that there is no door bell which is very inconvenient. Prices are at par with other similar properties. Staff are courteous and well behaved. Recommend to give it a try while you are in Kanpur.

AC is not effective in Room. Service is pathetic. No responce ...If you are with family please avoid this .
