One of the best hotels to stay either alone or with family or friends. Location is very good, just minutes away from Railway station, markets are not ao far and can get auto rickshaws on the gate and taxis on call... Manager and reception people are so kind and nice. Room and restaurant staff is very humble, polite and hospitile. They will take proper care. Rates are also reasonable... after renovation rooms are more neat and clean... food is also of good quality and they can make according to you also like if you want less spicy or much spicy... rooms are good...

Unhygenic washrooms. No proper lighting in rooms. On our last day, room was flooded with sewer water coming out of the bathroom. All this at the price of ₹2000 per night!

Descent hotel as per a Tier 2 city like Kanpur. Situated on mall road next to the overbridge. Has a bar and a restaurant also. There are two lifts at this place. But just one worked when I came. They need to improve in terms of facilities and ambience in the room. That's why gave them 3 stars. Staff behavior is a plus point. They are very polite and humble in nature. I gave one extra star for it. So, 3+1= 4 stars

Average food, lazy & delayed room service, not working bathroom & geyzer. Do not book ith oyo as hotel management makes you wait for minimum 1 -2 hour before you are forced to take room by paying again at hotel. Suggestions : AVOID

I booked the hotel online and on arrival at counter, hotel staff denied accommodation stating they do not accept online booking. I was bound to take room on double price than booked amount after one hour of harassment by hotel staff. Not recommended this hotel due to poor service and looting nature of hotel staff.

They don't allow unmarried couples. This was news to me when I got there but the way they gave this news was horrible. The receptionist was sitting ideal when I got there but he didn't have time to politely say things. The receptionist was very rude and had very impolite behaviour I would suggest avoiding this hotel.I would suggest rather stay on the road but not in this hotel. They made my girlfriend cry.

I stayed here for 3 times. My experience with this hotel was excellent. But this time on 23rd July around 9 pm was worst. One of the staffs at reception was ill cultured, doesn't know how to talk with the guests.... Due to his behaviour I checked in to another hotel..,. ( However I recommend everyone that this hotel is good to stay)

Hotel is not worth to pay so much to stay. Rooms are very small for what they are charging. Room service is v poor. Not happy at all. Pathetic experience

Overall good but there was no WiFi no water heater (hot water) and TV was also not working.

Rooms are good but need a bit more cleaning. The food and hospitality were superb. The manager in the reception was a kind, generous and friendly person as also his staff are.

Overpriced. Cockroaches were roaming around. It was well made hotel but not much taken care of .so furnitures , walls , switch board etc were in little bad condition

The food quality was average nothing great Only french fries available in the name of fast food that is also not good in taste, no pizza no burger an average chowmin that u can get better at local Streets.

My engagement function was on 21 Oct 2023 and hotel staff was not well behaved, neither well organised, also they charged way more than they decided. Incomplete information provided at the time of booking and later they charged us more than they decided. Awful experience.. Not recommended for any kind of family events

Service not up to the mark. I checked-in around 5:00 PM & stayed for 1 night only due to the repair work going on at their place. They didn't showed me the room earlier even I requested beforehand. Once I checked-in, Hammer sound was coming next from my room. I requested the reception to stop Hammering sound but they didn't stopped the same. After 1 hour sound stopped. But again the same started the very Next day morning by 8:30 A.M., Now even after requesting the same to stop, they said "What the Labours will do if we stop the work. You have to co-operate". I don't think this is the correct coarse of action. I don't have any other option but to Check-out from that Hotel, so I did the same. If anyone is seeking for Peace of Mind or some rest, kindly Do not approach this Hotel at least till their Repair work is complete. Regards,

Had a good experience for small parties and good room service. Would like to definitely highlight about very cooperative staff members who switched on the boilers for our special needs despite it wasn’t regular time for boilers to be switched on

New wing Rooms are clean and decent, fresh painted but not very big, comfortable for solo traveller, room service is fast and very good and food is also very delicious. This place hosts a lot of wedding receptions, so there can be lot of guest noises/disturbances.

Stayed for couple of days with my family. Super supportive staff and really spacious rooms.thr one star missing is because the rooms are renovated it smells of wood and toilet exhaust was not working. But overall really a comfortable stay. Do check out thir food, Its delicious.

Worst hotel in Kanpur..Ambience is pathetic, there is no pest control resulting in presence of rats in room, rainwater is dripping from the window.. Staff is utter rude and needs proper training. Pathetic experience. Not advise anyone to stay in this hotel. Big thumbs down👎

Rooms are clean and have sufficient space. Price of room is negotiable , the staff is kind and let 2 students stay for 1500 per day in a AC room. This hotel have large parking space and have halls for party and events. They also have bar and restaurant but when I visited the restaurant the staff was preoccupied with some other party and we were left unattended, so I was not able to taste the food.

Situated at mall road Kanpur. With this hotel Banquet hall is attached where you can manage guests upto 300. Overall good.

More of oyo type, shabby looking rooms with used linens and blankets. Even the washroom is dirty, no point staying here and paying money, one should avoid this. Even the person sitting on reception has an idea about the rooms and is of no help.

I got fantastic experience in this hotel, Providing good room in cheap price but the food is very expensive so, it's not affordable to normal family and traveller. If you have a good budget then I highly recommend for this hotel. In this hotel, you get all the things in the same palace.

“When you think about a hotel, you can imagine a comfortable stay”. This hotel is worst in my entire life experience. Nothing goes okay with the stay. They have a very beautiful website with nice and edited pictures and all. But practically this hotel is the most unhygienic, unclean and complete mess hotel that I have ever experienced. Complete dust at all surfaces, soiled linens and no process for sanitisation at all. They do not have AC remote. You can either directly switch it on or off. No hot water at washroom. Although after lodging a complaint they have cleaned the room properly. But i will not opt this hotel for any further future. 🙏🏽
