Hotel is good.. only veg food is allowed here and one more thing. They are charging more than the oyo price, even you have booked through oyo

One of the worst experience. I booked the hotel room through goibibo @ Rs 745. But when i reached there after travelling 300km the manager asked me to pay Rs1200 and simply denied the booking. After requesting him to please help and talked to OYO, he not only refused but start misbehaving with me and asked me leave the hotel.....i dont know what kind of professionalism is this.....really worst...

Our family occupied 3 rooms for 3 nights at the venue. The layouts of the rooms are varied. The one my husband and I stayed in was spacious, well-lit and quite inviting, but the bed sheet was soiled, which I pointed out and asked for fresh ones (they complied without any issues, but even fresh linen carries a tolerable, yet strange smell here) The floor too had not been mopped, but since it wasn't very dirty and our flight long and tiresome we ignored it. The bathroom was clean and the hot water perfect. Wifi worked fine as did the TV. Extra blankets were available in the closet (as the cold at night is unbearable during the season, the blankets came in handy) The elevator is of the manual folding gate type and was a first for me! But it worked! If you want tea or coffee (way too milky for our taste) order at least one hour ahead!!! Ordering food from the hotel is not worth it, simply use UberEats or Food Panda, the delivery guys are faster than the kitchen AT THE HOTEL! Or walk across the main road close to the hotel to Ram Misthan Bandar for a quick Indian snack at affordable prices! And don't be surprised to find people bundled up and asleep in the lobby if you step out anytime before 9:00am in the morning! And they barely speak any English at this venue... A bit of basic Hindi helps!

Not at all a good place to stay. Worst experience ever, this is basically a place for marriages, so do not waste you money. Breakfast time is from 7 AM, and I was shocked when I asked for the tea, a guy (some name, Pandey) said, tea is not possible as the guy who make tea is sleeping, really, guys, you are operating a hotel, what kind of idiot was he. Then I told him, that I will give same feedback. At the time of checkout, same guy sarcastically said, give your review for sure. That also forced me to give the review. This is dirty place and people who works or may the son of owner, is a bully. Typical kanpur gundai.

Place is below average. Receptionist was forcing me to cancel the booking as they don't get the timely payment from Oyo. 18% GST was charged on food and on a piece of paper bill was provide. How can a hotel charge GST on a piece of paper if the GST number is not mentioned. A booked the hotel for 3 person. Look at the quality of additional mattress

Very nice place to stay very good service and rooms are much better than any other around the area . Lunch dinner breakfast and aal the things are available rooms are clean and the washrooms are much cleaner

Never book online. They are cheap and poor people and will misbehave with you if you book online. They don't give water bottle nor a towel, nor a shampoo soap. If you ask them they will try to cheat you with money says its all paid service.

Breakfast is served late in the morning and dinner is served only till 10:30. In my visit I didn't got the dinner as I reached at 10:15pm and didn't got the breakfast because I left at 7:20 am. Rooms were very small. Window AC was not that great. Most of the TV channels are unactive. Washroom was OK. Overall cleanliness was not that great.

Google Location shows 2 Km away from the Hotel, will have to roam and ask for the hotel here and there, very difficult to find the hotel, Very Surprised to hear the reply from the Receptionist that we had asked and sent so many e mails to correct it, But unfortunately nobody cares, really ridiculous...
