Worst
hotel
I
visited
in
my
life
time.
Although
my
booking
was
confirm
and
I
had
done
the
online
payment
as
well,
when
I
went
there
with
my
72
old
mother
to
check
in,
they
said
we
are
full,
we
have
12
rooms
and
we
give
on
first
come
first
serve
basis.
Their
manager
told
me
that
it
happens
every
day
and
OYO
gives
us
more
booking.
So
I
am
not
sure
if
it
happens
daily
why
the
hotel
authorities
didn't
inform
OYO
that
please
don't
provide
more
than
12
bookings
a
day.
Most
ridiculous
thing
I
have
ever
heard
from
a
hotel
manager.
May
be
there
is
some
malice
in
this
policy
of
giving
rooms
on
first
come
first
serve
basis.
My
72
year
old
mother
had
to
wait
for
1
hr
at
10pm
as
the
hotel
employee
didn't
take
any
responsibility,
they
didn't
apologize
once.
They
said
it's
OYO's
responsibility
and
talk
to
the
customer
care
which
takes
half
an
hour
to
connect.
Request
everyone,
please
don't
book
OYO
and
never
book
this
hotel
