Very poor experience. I came there in the night with my friends to stay for the exam. The rooms were disgusting. The AC was non-functional. Booked one room on OYO site, but the owner refused saying we don't owe anything to OYO. It's a shame that they are sullying the name of such a brand. Such hotels should be closed. Overall it was my worst experience ever.

Worst hotel I visited in my life time. Although my booking was confirm and I had done the online payment as well, when I went there with my 72 old mother to check in, they said we are full, we have 12 rooms and we give on first come first serve basis. Their manager told me that it happens every day and OYO gives us more booking. So I am not sure if it happens daily why the hotel authorities didn't inform OYO that please don't provide more than 12 bookings a day. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard from a hotel manager. May be there is some malice in this policy of giving rooms on first come first serve basis. My 72 year old mother had to wait for 1 hr at 10pm as the hotel employee didn't take any responsibility, they didn't apologize once. They said it's OYO's responsibility and talk to the customer care which takes half an hour to connect. Request everyone, please don't book OYO and never book this hotel Ss, I am a OYO wizard member and when this can happen to me, it can happen to you as well.

Worst experience. Manager dont know how to talk with customer. not clean . even staff also chewing Gutka and through peek here and there bathroom mugs are pathetic 🤮🤮

They have hidden cameras in thier room dont go to this hotel. specially unmarried couple. Be an eye on the leds upside the bed

Don't give your phone to the receptionist, he rates himself 5 star from customer's phone...hahaha

Very very poor ambience, AC notworking... Had to spend the whole time with tripping. Very dirty toilet and unhygienic. Flush also not working. Dont stay in such place if ever offered for free.

The linens that they use are very dirty, all the bedsheets and blankets r spotted of bloods, the staff who operates in Morning is very rude, no sense to deal with the guests, amenities r available but no use of them, wifi is available but there is no internet connection, tv is available but they don't have recharge

Great experience at this hotel. I have booked this two times and both time i loved it. The staff is so helping and good. Although some of them are not very professional (like when breakfast boy enters the room he should not look around) but they are so helping that you don't need there professionalism. Food is also good here. Great interior of rooms. Nice balcony. Awesome mattress. bathroom was clean. Dressing table was also provided. And all of it in very less price. Great. The surrounding is also calm. GT road is also very near to hotel (at walking distance). I will always gonna book this hotel whenever i am gonna stay at kanpur.

Issue with payment and doing fruds with the online transaction so worst experience and also have arguments with us 🤬🤬🤬

Do not book from OYO or other sites. if you want to book, book offline face to face deal. otherwise he will refuse all bookings and you gonna force to pay double one for online and one for offline

Staff behaviour is not good reception person behaviour is so rude I will not come this hotel anymore....

Don't get yoyr expectations high. Not worth the price they charge. Basic amenities available but still it would be a struggle to stay beyond a couple of days.

Overall worst hotel experience till now. Staff was non cooperative, facilities were worse and infrastructure was not that well maintained as well.

Best OYO Hotel in Kanpur, safe for solo guests. Helping staff, they also took care airport pickup and drop. Food is good, Veg Maggie is best.
