I booked this hotel through oyorooms. On arrival, I was told by the Manager that AC is not working as phase is not coming and I would get only fan in it although I've booked AC room. Same thing was told to other guests. They asked for extra money for using DG. I complained to oyo customer care and they arrange new hotel nearby and causing time wastage of more than an hour. They didn't asked me to sit in their property. They asked me either accept Check in or find some other hotel. They asked me to stand outside the hotel. Their inhuman treatment is disgusting. Worst hotel it was. Don't ever book this hotel, their fraud is visible.

First time said not accepting booking from oyo , next word is give some difference amount . bathroom was not upto the mark , not even bed ,. When i ask for mention the checkout time in the register he denied me to do that . if i did entry that means i have to mention my checkout time as well. Bad experience .they do need to learn some manners first .

They are flashing oyo and when you book it through oyo they just say that we can't afford the rooms at that rate and alsoo they will deny to talk to oyo service centre Very disappointing

Cheap hotel in fajal ganj area it is on road

The rooms and bathroom are not updated. not recommended.

Not clean, late service, less staff, not proper equipment s are available on time such as phone charger, not proper food etc. I think it's burst place ever in kanpur

Great place for evening time spend for room it's not so good but if you are going to take room near Railway station then it's more better than that. Average room cleaniness is high staff is co-operative. Food is awesome ......

Does not support oyo booking even when I had a booking.

This hotel is 4.5 km from kanpur central railway station.Location is good,one can go anywhere very easily from this location and the hotel room ,i have checked-in, is good but not upto the level of a deluxe room .This hotel has a restaurant but very limited options are available in veg and Non-veg.

Rooms are nice but a bit costly.

Not too good hotel if u can compromise and getting best deal like under 1000 then you can go with this....

Need to improve service and kitchen hygiene.

Hotel reception person is very rude and unprofessional, he doesn't know etiquette of how to talk a female , I living 13days continue .but they all staff was puzzled , specially when they know if you have any complaint and requirements.
