Thease hotel owner and staff doesn't have manner and disrespect of Hindu community God lord Shiva they are put the tripund sign in napkin which threw in dustbin and road.kindly report about this hotel and stay boycott over there.

Rooms are badly maintained. In peak summer also AC is frequently tripping and no auto on in night. One has to swith on after trip. TV also not working well .... attended after 3 hours of complaint . Floor carpets are extremely dirty. However food is good. Location is central.... good.

One of the best hotel on G T ROAD KANPUR

I stayed at this hotel for 18 days and will try to give an honest review. To start with interior of the hotel is great. I was staying alone. The room alloted to me was nice. As for the service part they did miss toiletries a few times after they cleaned my room but apart from that hygiene was top notch,reception would answer at an instant, problem if any solved as fast as they could. As for the restaurant there I must say that the chef is awesome. Well in 18 days I completed their whole menu and there is not even a single dish that I regret paying for. Over that there was this guy 'rajat' who served with great heart and care. I really liked his attitude, professionalism with a little bit of personal touch. Lastly the whole staff worked together to make my stay as comfortable as they can. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT.
