Never visit to this hotel. Very bad experience at their. It's was like hell to me. Once you give money you will not get anything or any service from them even water too. Dirty bad bad smell from bathroom. Heavy heavy rats too. Please never visit to this hotel it's my personal experience that's y I am writing.

This hotel is so bad.The service quality they provide is worse.I suggest to the people donr go to this hotel.The rooms are not clean.The staff of the hotel switch off th ac's of the room and uh will face difficulty .The hotel has the another key of rooms and when the guests are out of the room they unlock the room and check the bag and luggage of the people ,this is the major issue ur money and expensive will be stoleb by the staff.dont go to this hotel.The rates of the rooms are high and the serive are worst

I spent one night in this hotel and it was terrible, No water in tap, Power cut multiple times in a day with a delay of min 2 hours. They will leave you in dark. Food quality is also bad.

Comparison to other hotel this is the Perfect one but service is slow and lazy

Horrible experience, really NOT a place to stay. Dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms and uncooperative staff. I complained them in the morning and they haven't done anything until evening. They ask for payment earlier and after taking payment they do not care about guest. Highly recommended not to stay there.

Hotel is good and located very near to kanpur central railway station but service is not satisfactory. Bathroom is dirty but room is good and also tv channel is not working . Only one thing there is satisfactory that is bed which is very comfortable and soft.
